Straight up scammer

I placed an order for over $500, the transaction posted in my bank account, and i got this email (the period at the beginning is how they wrote it):

.We have received your order for the All American canner and parts but were unable to confirm the identity of the person placing this order. If you wish to proceed with this order please send a picture of you holding your drivers license showing your picture and address only. We also need a picture of the credit card showing your name and the last four numbers. Please send these pictures to michelle (*trustpilot doesnt allow emails*) so that we can confirm it is truly you wishing to place this order. If you have any questions, call us at 1-800-251-8824. You may also send payment by money order or Western Union

This reads like a scammer wrote it, and im not going to hold my ID up to my face and send you a photo of me just to buy something online. I replied to cancel my order and refund me, and received no replies or refunds. Now i am disputing it with my bank.
