Always delayed for days

Three times delivery process and all of these three times, the delivery was always delayed for two and three days.
It’s food delivery and when I got it, it’s not good anymore and I had to throw the food away.
When I contacted them, they said the driver put the address as the company address, which is only a made-up reason not to deliver it. The worst courier ever.

Package "got lost"

Track & Trace showed the delivery driver at the building. Drives off 15-20 minutes later with no notice. Contacting customer support they tell me the package "got lost", they won't be taking any further action and to contact the vendor.

Noticing the other reviews that seems to be a common occurance.

We were home, no package

We were home. No package, "with a neighbour". Which neighbour? I call customer services. Turns out it was a MAILBOX PACKAGE!! Other side of the building. Neighbour not home and besides post, not my package in his mailbox. I call again. "Will call the delivery boy. Call back tomorrow". Sooooo.... WHERE IS MY PACKAGE!??

Scammers

Scam. Contrary to statement that package was delivered it was not delivered today. We stayed at home all night, the courrier did not come, did not ring a bell and did not drop it at the door or neighbours. We checked all. Then received update from robot that it was delivered…The courrier is misrepresenting the delivery status. This is actually called lying, very scary. I wanted to give little local delivery services a chance but they do not deserve it.

drivers always lie

I have ordered 2 packages from different websites. Options were only PostNL. Turns out they outsource the delivery to this company. First, they only deliver at night so forget about having them delivered to the office. Second, they don't have a pick-up point. If you miss them too often, you will not get your packages. Third, their default status is "receiver not at home" whether you are inside the building or waiting in front of the door in plain sight to everybody else in the world. Fourth, their CS has no emotion control. Makes sense that the customer is angry, they lost their packages. Makes less sense that the CS also gets angry at the customer, making the customer even angrier at them and the whole situation. Perfect situation to makes things worse.

Package from Amazon

Package from Amazon, I was waiting all afternoon for my package, they send me txt message that my package will be delivered with a 5 minutes. 20 minutes later on their website my status was Delivered. What is this? Bloody lier's. I hope Amazon will not use them again for delivering anything to me and give back my money. Iam so angry now. What a company they are???

too late!

too late!
I payed more for faster shipping because I need the things I ordered as soon as possible. They never came the day they said. They changed the day twice and I don't know how many time they changed the time. I waited 2 working days and now it is weekend! They are just terrible. I guess they have one car and are hanging out in Netherlands with that. Have fun!
