Pedí un libro que no recibí. Reclamé el importe y jamás me lo devolvieron. Lo tramité con el banco y al final me dieron un vale descuento que a día de hoy no he podido utilizar. Ahora no tienen nada en catálogo que me interese y dudo que me acepten el vale. No comprar nada. Son un fraude.

Hace un año y medio que solicité un libro que aparecía como descatalogado, pero aún así lo tenían a la venta. Me enviaron un libro de la misma editorial, pero que no tenía nada que ver con el que yo pedí. Les avisé, se pasaron a recogerlo y nunca más se supo. Después de reiteradas reclamaciones y solicitado el reintegro del importe de la compra, a día de hoy no me han devuelto el dinero, (les he ofrecido una lista de títulos, por si me pueden servir alguno en compensación, pero tampoco he obtenido respuesta. Por tanto me siento timado por partida doble, por venderme un libro que saben que no pueden servir por estar descatalogado y, además, por no devolverme el pago de la compra.
