Game-changing for me in these ways
I recently purchased the Red Light and Infrared Light Panel from Red Light Hero, along with their therapy belt and glasses, and I couldn't be more thrilled with my experience!
From the moment I unboxed the panel, I was impressed by its sleek design and has a user-friendly layout. The effectiveness of the red light therapy is truly remarkable. I’ve noticed a significant improvement in my skin tone and texture after just a few sessions this past week. The infrared light works wonders on muscle recovery, helping alleviate soreness and tension after my running workouts and/or workday working a house cleaning business. In particular I’ve been using as part of my wind down sleep routine and have been having been having deeper sleeps this past week since using. Not just feeling more refreshed when I wake up but knowing this as I track my sleep.
The therapy belt is a game-changer! It fits comfortably and can be easily adjusted for targeted treatment. Whether I’m watching TV or working I can wear it without any hassle. The glasses are an addition bought separately to the other 2 products as well to help my circadian rhythm for night time sleep.
Overall, Red Light Hero has exceeded my expectations. The quality of their products is top-notch, and I’m already seeing fantastic results. I highly recommend their red light therapy panel, belt, and glasses to anyone looking to enhance their wellness routine. This is definitely a brand that delivers on its promise!

Just do it ....... a great investment!
After comparing many red light panels on the market, I couldn't go past the Red Light Hero 300 for it's irradiance, low EMF's, 3W LED's and fantastic value. I use it twice daily and am feeling amazing benefits, such as beautiful sound sleep, much more energy and my skin seems to be glowing!
A great investment for me and I have no hesitation in recommending this company, as being extremely knowledgeable, great service and advice, and top quality products.

Great investment for my well-being
Definitely an investment to my well-being. Affordable, amazing value and results. I have Hero300 Red Light Therapy Panel which is now a big part of my own night routine which has significantly assisted in better quality sleep and muscle recovery especially when I have worked out.
For beauty I have the Red Light Therapy mask great for travelling and my personal beauty routine and relaxation.
The founder knows his stuff and is backed and well researched too. The product is a testament to that dedication for health and making it affordable and convenient to have it at home. It's a worthwhile addition to any home gym or wellness space. Highly recommend!

I ordered 2 panels from Red Light Hero…
I ordered 2 panels from Red Light Hero and they are by far the cheapest high quality panels I could find on the market. I use them everyday and can see and feel the difference in my mood and complexion. I use them for 20mins before bed to help me sleep better and I feel they give my skin that healthy glow as if I'd just been sitting in the sun.
