Yes this is a trusted seller and company. I have purchased two devices in 2025 and 2026. Couldn't be more pleased with the benefits..
I first purchased the combo pad light to dip my toes into RLT world. Wowsers, I got multiple unexpected game changing benefits!
After one very successful year with the pad, I have purchased a combo panel.

I used the combo pad for eight minutes every other day and it completely transformed sleep and now I don't have to pee every 30-60 minutes. I don't know if it works by enhanced blood flow, lower inflammation, better hormone production or some other effects, but it works for me. I opened up the pad into the t shape , placed over lower abdomen and 'mound/muff' (haha) area, eight minutes every other evening before bed.
Since using the panel, standing 20cm from it, I have maintained those effects, so either works for me.
If you're not sure then try it! I wish more people would..

Great products and excellent customer support

I recently purchased an Infrared and Red Light Device from Red Light Man. The quality of the Infrared device is excellent, and I’m very happy with the product itself.

There was a delay with the Red Light Device due to production issues, but the customer support team handled the situation professionally and fairly. I received a full refund for the delayed item along with a refund for shipping, which I really appreciate.

Overall, a trustworthy company with great customer service and high-quality products. I will definitely buy from them again once the Red Light Device is back in stock.

I've bought several lights over the last 10 years from Redlightman and they've never had an issue. They are also easy to reach if you have technical questions. The product is 2nd to none, the most powerful by far. They have a lot of online resources you can review before you decide and plenty of product options. I've used it to recover from a total shoulder replacement, back pain, knee and hip pain, and I always use it post X-rays. Recently I had a small issue with my oldest light and the team sent me a replacement immediately. Their service is far beyond what anyone would expect as reasonable. They deserve our support for the great products and services.

I bought Bodylight (full body) and this is 100% near infra red (830 nm) and not added with lower range lighting eg red light (630nm).

Yes, 100% near infra red light. Not found this anywhere so far. It is tall and slim version. See length and width before purchase.

Their combo light is the same too. 100% near infra red. This is smaller in size. Portable version. I dont know if it has a stand though. Ask. Emails will be responded. Email on website.

I returned Body Light as there was no stand. The owner was really great about it.

Also paid for my return parcel with UPS who collected it. What more can you ask for? I later paid for it but owner would not accept it.

I would certainly re-buy this if they put a removable stand on it so it can be used as a stand alone or hanged.

My home was not compatible for hanging.

This company is bringing out new products eg face masks. Look out for these.

I ventured into the world of red light therapy, and it’s surprisingly challenging to find a reputable brand, especially in the UK. Through Reddit, I stumbled upon Redlightman and decided to give it a try. I’m thoroughly impressed with the build quality of the product, but I was even more delighted by the exceptional customer service provided by such a small company.

However, there was an issue with the door hanging hook that arrived. It didn’t fit over my door, so I promptly reached out to Joe. He kindly asked me to measure my door and promptly ordered a replacement hook from Amazon. To my surprise, he even included a pack of four hooks in the shipment. The replacement hook arrived the following day, and I was able to install it without any further hassle. Thank you for making things so easy Joe.

Joe is the BOMB!!! He is by far the best, customer-service oriented online marketplace that I’ve ever ordered from. Don’t believe the negative reviews. These people must have gotten his responses in their spam folder or typed the wrong email address in.

I ordered red therapy lights from this company and my experience was AWESOME !
I reached out to get info on their lights so I knew which lights I needed for my issues. Joe emailed me back quickly and sent so much helpful information to guide me in my purchase. I have reached out to other redlight companies and really did not get much viable, useful information. I have reached out to Joe a few times and I always get an answer right away, it’s the best customer service I’ve received. My lights got here very quickly and they are well put together and have a quality build.
I’m going to use the lights for a few months and then do another review on my experience.

I've been using my little red light box (combo mini) for about a week and people are already complimenting me on how well I look - incredibly well and vibrant. I have suspended the light above my bed on a clothes rail (Cost about £20) and I have a soak for about ten minutes every night. I had a patch of skin on my face which was possibly turning cancerous and that has cleared up. I would recommend this company to you and their products without hesitation. Joe helped me make exactly the right decision and his pricing is fair.

I lucked out finding this company. Joe is a wealth of knowledge, very passionate about light and answered all my questions. The products came from UK to US in just a few days- amazing! The quality of great- feels like it is made for a hospital.. very heavy duty. I have had many questions about suitability for my health condition, which lamp to purchase and how best to use it - Joe was beyond helpful on all counts.

I thought I'd written a review here before, but I don't see it. I recently told my chiropractor and a couple friends about Red Light Man, after finding out they were interested in red light. When Dave Olszewski retired his wonderful LED light therapy website, I was forlorn, but then I found Joe Gibson's and ended up getting a lot of lights from him. I asked hundreds of questions via email and he answered every single one in depth and referred me to many articles. I'm about to write him again, to make sure about instructions on my mini. (for dry eye). It makes me so happy I can recommend a light therapy source that is reliable, trustworthy, helpful and that makes great products. Makes me look good! A couple times it took awhile to get an email response but they eventually came and it's not like it was a crisis or I would have emailed every day. I had a defective light once and instantly had a replacement sent, I didn't have to send the old one back. There are a lot of companies selling light therapy products for much more money, along with terrible customer support. Joe doesn't seem like some faceless company, staffed by people with formulaic responses to customer service emails. I'm in the U.S. and I always got my lights really quickly. He feels like a close friend by now. Go, Joe.

Chosing to purchase a therapeutic red light came about after suffering a severe car accident that left me broken on my left side. I was immobile for months thinking I may never walk again that's when I learned the benefits of red light therapy. I found The Redlightman's site while researching red light therapy and found his site to be very informative as to the what it is, why you benefit and how you should use it. My light is well constructed beautifully made. I've dropped it twice and it's perfect made to last. Customer service is good. I highly recommend any light from The Redlightman.
