After shopping and searching for details, I reached out to customer support at Redline360. I received a prompt reply from Yves to a list of details for the Cipher steering wheel for my 2012 NC Miata (Stormy Blue). The replies were very specific to answer each point with facts. I purchased the wheel and it is installed. I am very pleased with this first time purchase. There will be more for sure.

I had originally received halo headlights that were oddly dimmed on the passenger side. Upon asking redline 360 about it, Cherry (customer support) quickly came up with a solution and sent me bulbs in no time. They were very polite and handled everything professionally.

I'm hesitant to use this company again after my recent experience. My order was accidentally canceled, forcing me to place it again myself instead of them handling it internally. I had to separately request another coupon code, which was frustrating and time-consuming. Their website misleadingly mentions nearby warehouses, but my order shipped from Chicago, significantly increasing wait time. Furthermore, I had both the customer service representative and a warehouse employee contacting me, obviously with no internal coordination. The entire process was unnecessarily complicated and frankly disappointing

Amazing prices, amazing shipping times, and amazing customer service, all though after I purchased an item I was advised it would only be back in stock by the end of the year which is pretty frustrating. They could put an out of stock warning.
