I found a quickly bought some parts for my MSM Miata. While scrolling though other parts available I found one I liked better. I called Redline, they said that since I had just placed the order, they would cancel it and I could just order the one I wanted. The cancellation and credit came right through, I ordered the right one. It was shipped the same day and arrived in another two. Excellent service.

I was able to locate and purchase a scarce pre-owned part, which is no longer available new, for my Audi TT. The part arrived promptly and in good condition. The only drawback was that it was dirty. It would have been nice had they cleaned it. Am I asking too much? Perhaps. All things considered though, it was great service and I have a part that I otherwise would not have been able to find.
