I transferred 1600 USDC to my RedotPay deposit address, and the transaction was confirmed successfully on the blockchain.
The funds are currently located on an address fully controlled by RedotPay (Optimism network).
However, RedotPay has refused to recover or credit the assets to my account, stating only that the network is “not supported”.
This response completely ignores the key issue:
RedotPay controls the private key of the deposit address that received my funds.
This means the assets are in RedotPay’s custody, yet they are refusing to return them, without providing any valid technical or legal explanation.
I submitted multiple support requests asking for escalation to their Wallet Operations / Finance / Compliance team, but I received only generic replies claiming recovery is “not supported”.
No real investigation was performed, no explanation was given, and no recovery attempt was made — despite the fact that this is entirely possible and routinely done by other reputable custodial services.
This situation raises serious concerns about asset safety, custody practices, and customer protection at RedotPay.
When a company holds customer funds and simply says “we do not support recovery”, this is extremely alarming.
I am fully willing to cover any reasonable recovery fee, yet RedotPay continues to refuse to return assets that they control.
Until this case is resolved transparently and professionally, I cannot recommend this service.
I hope RedotPay will finally escalate this case to someone who can actually handle wallet-level issues, instead of sending copy-paste responses while holding customer funds.

RedotPay is a total disaster. Customer service is nonexistent, rude, and completely useless. If you’re “lucky” enough to get a reply, they’ll ghost you for weeks. There is no live chat, no phone number, no real support whatsoever.
The platform is slow, insecure, and downright dangerous. Using RedotPay is like handing your money to a stranger and hoping you get it back — you probably won’t. Honestly, it feels like a scam; your funds are at serious risk.
Do not trust this company with your money. They are unprofessional, unreliable, and a waste of time. I’d rather throw my cash into a pit than use RedotPay again.

My transaction was declined because you are not stating the full amount that will be charged at checkout. Idiots and scammers! I needed to pay 1,188 and I had 1,195 in the account, yet my transaction was declined three times for “insufficient funds.” I contacted your CS and they told me there’s a 1% charge — and because of $6, my transaction was declined. Then I asked your CS again and she never replied to that.
Let me ask you something: when you go to the grocery store, do you pay for your products and VAT together as a final bill, or do you pay for your groceries and then get hit with another hidden VAT charge that wasn’t stated in the total amount? She never replied. I wonder why…
I’ll never use thieves with hidden, unstated charges in the final amount to pay. Better to stick to traditional payment systems until you evolve — and avoid dealing with scammers like your company!

One month ago, a business partner sent funds to my RedotPay account via SWIFT transfer. Instead of processing the payment, RedotPay refused to add the funds because the sender’s name was different from mine — which is completely normal in business transactions.
They told me the funds would be refunded to the sender, but after several days, they suddenly claimed they couldn’t process the refund. Instead, they asked me to provide another bank account belonging to the sender. I provided one, then they asked for a three-month bank statement, something most legitimate businesses won’t share for privacy and compliance reasons.
To make it worse, the original bank account I provided is an official business account that works perfectly well for receiving payments, yet RedotPay keeps rejecting it without proper justification.
Their customer support is by far the worst part. Not only are they unhelpful and lacking in understanding, but they repeatedly close my tickets as “solved” when absolutely nothing has been solved.
This whole experience has caused unnecessary delays and frustration. I cannot recommend RedotPay to anyone doing serious business.

and spent over $30,000 with their card in the past six months, but a few days ago I topped up the card with just about $70 in Solana, and they rejected the deposit while keeping the funds in their wallet.After contacting support, they asked me for a video, which I sent within a minute, along with all the proof that the transfers were made by me from my personal wallets. After that, they simply disappeared — they didn’t return the money and just decided to stall.I’ve used this card for about a year, but I won’t be using it anymore, and I don’t recommend it to you either. Use trusted products with an honest team and quality customer support.
