Their support is very rude. They don't wanna take time and fix their product so clients business can run. They ship product full of bugs. Nothing was working fine, I needed to pay another dev team to fix their mistakes. TERRIBLE company with terrible employees. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU WISH BEST FOR YOUR BUSINESS!!!!

They don't reply to tickets and support requests. Not a trusthworthy company.

I ordered the Cartsy theme and it's simply not supported at all. They even removed it from Themeforest.

Too bad because some of their themes were nice but they abandoned the old ones to build new themes.

Fatal error in plugin — refused to fix, had to solve it myself

If you’re using WooCommerce with this plugin, be aware that it will throw a fatal error when a refund (WC_Order_Refund) is present in the system. The plugin tries to call get_billing_first_name() on a refund object — but that method doesn’t exist on WC_Order_Refund, only on WC_Order.

Here is the exact error:
PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined method Automattic\WooCommerce\Admin\Overrides\OrderRefund::get_billing_first_name() in .../includes/Utils/data-provider.php

The cause is that the function rnb_customer_name() is used without checking the object type.

✅ The fix is simple:

In data-provider.php, around line 1183, just add this:

Why the 1-star?

I contacted support with the exact error, offered the fix, and explained the issue clearly. They refused to resolve or acknowledge it. So I had to debug and solve it myself — thanks to help from ChatGPT.

This is a critical error that completely breaks your backend calendar if even a single refund exists. If a plugin vendor refuses to fix a fatal bug in their own commercial product, I cannot recommend them.

Having recently made a purchase from RedQ.io, I am left with a bitter taste due to my unsatisfactory experience with their products and support.

Despite the strong marketing rhetoric portraying their products as high quality, I found them to be markedly subpar. It quickly became clear that the programming of these products lacked the necessary expertise and attention to detail, which made them far from user-friendly. What compounded my disappointment was the subsequent interaction with RedQ.io's customer support. Far from helping resolve the issues, I found their support to be of little assistance. Their responses were slow, unclear, and did little to address the inherent programming flaws in their products. This level of service, in my opinion, borders on fraudulent, as it does not live up to the promises made at the point of sale.

In conclusion, my experience with RedQ.io has been far from the expected standard. Until significant improvements are made in both their product quality and customer support, I would urge potential customers to proceed with caution when considering purchases from this company.
