I would give this business 0 stars if I could. I went to make an easy return on an item I had only had a couple of days. Tags were still on, I just didn’t like how it fit. The store manager made it extremely difficult to make the return and urged me to continue looking around the store. When I declined and asked for a return, she took the shirt, went out of site (to a back office?) and came back, proceeding to tell me “I can’t resell this, no one would want to buy it” and said it was “damaged” due to an “odor” she only noticed after a “sniff test” in the back office. I’ve NEVER had this type of treatment before and was absolutely humiliated. This manager was so disrespectful and discriminatory. I’ve had this shirt in the same RRO bag with tags for about 2 days, so there’s no way it had an “odor.” Do NOT do business here. I will be escalating this.
