Effective service in progress
Our cooperation with Red Sky was short-lived. I won't argue with the fact that they have a reputation and experience of working exclusively with professionally managed vacation rental companies. But they could use a little bit of a boost in terms of efficient service. The registration process was delayed because they do not respond immediately. And the vacation and the place of stay looked great.

Canceled Trip Due to Medical Emergency
I needed to cancel our trip due to a medical emergency that is continuing. Arch Red Sky was very patient as I had to cater to my wife as I tried to process all the requisite paperwork to process the claim. Nichole was terrific and the online process was straightforward. Well done! I'll always take out travel insurance in the future ... you never know what's going to happen.

Your services were fine. I was happy to receive a check for $500 which was my original claim. I finally received a refund from the condo company which they never should have charged me for as I canceled within their cancellation policy. Won’t be going there anymore. Thank you.
