I had been worried that they wasn't going to pay out after all the negative reviews. People stated that the verification process was mostly to blame. That and the rules for bonus pay outs. I have not under any circumstances deposited money in my account. I signed up for a new account. It came with free spins and simple rules. I won 16 and some change. Rules was no bet bigger then 5$. and must play 40x the amount won. I did those requirements and then tried cashing out. Bitcoin seemed the best way according to reviews. So first they kyc verified (normal). Then they emailed me wanting me to prove that my Bitcoin account was mine. So I figured this is where they are going to get me. I use cash app it's not a real good app for Bitcoin wallet. So I did the best to give them the info they wanted. I sent them the info and waited. Not long after I receive email saying I was approved. Hell yeah. still hadn't received the funds yet. Then less then 48 hrs later. Notification Bitcoin was placed in your account. So thank you Red Stag. I will be depositing some of that back into my account to play some more at your casino.

I am greatly disappointed in Red stag casino. Yes the bonuses are great however when you win they don't want to pay out even when you meet the bonus requirement play through.
And the way their terms and conditions read one account per player household fraternity etc etc. I might be mistaken but I read it as one account per player in each household so they gave me a hard time because my daughter had an account we live in the same house but it did say one account for player and household not one account per household then player that's very misleading.

I loved this site. Never had any issues until yesterday. I've been winning and cashing out and discovered they don't like that. Literally told me I wasn't getting any more bonuses on my deposits. Said I don't need them. They said its not a financial benefit for them to give me a bonus and then I win and cash out. What ? Lol
They offered me 45X playthrough or no bonus at all on any future deposits at which I wasn't happy of course and stressed that so they locked my account. So my advise is don't win or they'll shut you down. Unbelievable lol

A wagering requirement means you need to play the bonus amount a certain number of times before any winnings can be withdrawn. Until that’s completed, the system won’t allow a cashout - this is how all online casino bonuses work.
If you prefer something easier, you can always play without a bonus. With no bonus attached, the rollover is much lower and withdrawals become available much sooner.
