I purchased one of the smaller one-person saunas, and I really like it. It’s already helped my back pain quite a bit. After a power outage in my neighborhood, the display stopped responding, so I reached out for help. The initial contact through the general customer service line took a little longer than I expected, but once I connected with my sales rep, he resolved the issue very quickly. I was really impressed by how fast they took care of it. Everything’s working perfectly now, and I’m very happy with both the sauna and the service behind it.
