We love our new sauna (Barrel with full window) Assembly was easy. Kit came very well packaged. Customer service answered all questions when they arose. Looks so nice we are getting questions from all the neighbors.

Customer service and quality are a 5! I only have a 4 because I think they could improve their shipping timing communication. For instance, the accessories shipped first, which is fine but it kept me guessing when I could expect (and schedule my electrician) the sauna to ship and arrive. It also took more than "a few hours" to build, but was packed extremely well and instructions were good.

Cabin Sauna Kit and Alaskan Cold Plunge
Your Cabin Sauna Kit and Alaskan Cold Plunge are of high quality and look great on our brick patio. The sauna assembly was straight-forward due to labeling and relatively clear instructions in the manual. The video was very helpful. It was also easy to speak with a real person on the few occasions when I needed clarification when ordering and assembling the units. Even during the heat of summer in Santa Fe, NM, we love the contrast of dry heat followed by a cold plunge, but we look forward to climbing in on crisp fall and winter days and evenings ahead!

Love our new duo mini cube! Delivery was easy and on time. I’m not very handy and was able to put it together with a friend- took us about 6 hours including the deboxing and watching the instructions which were very informative. 8kW gets up to 185 in about 25 mins.

A Complete Nightmare
The experience of buying a sauna from this company was nothing short of a nightmare! Estes Express, The company that supposedly delivers these saunas is not capable of delivering the product you order!! They gave us 4 separate 4hour long windows and never showed. Meanwhile, Redwood Outdoors was oblivious to the 16 hours of time my household wasted waiting for the delivery of their product and provided zero compensation. Even simply getting my money back was another time consuming laborious process. All in all not worth the wasted time and effort to purchase so much as a ladle from this screwed up business! I expected Redwood Outdoors to take responsibility to ensure their products are delivered in an efficient manner. After all, I had paid more than $12,000 dollars for these products and they could not even deliver them to me properly 🤯 Instead, they callously wasted hours and hours of my time. Buyer Beware.
