I've bought some good items through…
I've bought some good items through reebonz but ever since I got a scratch (more like my supposed brass plate on my mulberry Bayswater bag got a scratch and revealed a silver plate underneath which questioned the authenticity of my purchase) I haven't been purchasing anything else from here. And now Im embarrassed to even carry it around as it's clear it's a fake!!!

Received faulty bag
Received faulty bag. Had to chase up costumer service numerous times when I sent another bag back so in total two issues. Haven't received refund yet and bag was received today.

No flexibility for customer returns
No flexibility for customer returns. Be careful when ordering your size as there are no exhanges and if price changes, reebonz will not honour the price you originally paid if you reorder. Customer also pays for the return! Far behind their competitors like FarFetch.

1) PayPal payment option should be…
1) PayPal payment option should be allowed for purchasers. Most buyers feel safer to pay via PayPal for buyer protection and benefits of purchasing e.g. free returns. By not enabling buyers to pay via PayPal you are limiting the buyers benefits.
2) Returns at buyers expense. Not acceptable, Returns should be free as dropping off un wanted items into a store is not possible.
