DISGRACEFUL ABSURD AVOID!

This is very probably the worst company I’ve ever had to deal with. The woman there who I believe is the owner of this little company behaves in the most bizarre manner. Despite the fact that I was the one who initiated a refund, she hounded me non-stop on the phone and with the emails until I was at the point where I thought I might call the police.
An utterly disgraceful company. They deserve to go out of business soon.

No customer service, no clear instructions how to return the purchase. Stuck with product I need to return. Save yourself the time and don't bother.

I bought O'Neill wetsuit boots 5mm and they were so helpful. I am a size UK 5 and because the size of them is quite small they phoned me and said I will be better to go up either one or two sizes. My feet are narrow so we opted for the next size up and they fit perfectly, they are a snug fitting. If you are between a 5&6 UK I would suggest going up 2 sizes and if you have wider feet, but just contact them, they are very helpful. I have tried my boots out today in winter and they are perfect, I love them.

We bought some gloves online from Reef Rash that claimed to be "watertight" - but which leaked like a sieve. A simple matter to return for a refund you might think? Not with these guys!

The Reef Rash response was to deny there was a problem, send angry emails in ALL CAPS followed by unwanted phone calls. Had to do a credit card chargeback in the end. Couldn't have been worse really.

Avoid!
