Crappy product

Crappy product - and they lie by saying they're rated 4.9 stars when clearly they're closer to 1.9/5 ....I only just saw it now.
I asked for a refund and was declined.
Avoid.

AVOID SCAM

AVOID. Same issue as the other person who left a review. You must use a gmail account linked to the email address you use to purchase. Tried to explain to customer service I dont have a gmail account and asking for further instructions. 10 days no response. Finally a response and the person (Sofia Gerardo) was honestly so rude. Just avoid them.

Hello,

We’d like to clarify that this is not a scam. Access to our digital products is delivered via Google Drive, which requires a Gmail address, this requirement is clearly stated on our website, in the terms of use, and again at checkout before payment is completed.

Once access to a digital product has been granted, we are unable to offer refunds, as outlined in our refund policy. Our support team did respond to your emails with this information and attempted to explain the access requirements.

We’re sorry to hear this experience was frustrating for you, and we appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback.

Wishing you all the best.

Non existent support system, bought all 3 of their products, did not get access to their google drive after purchase. Support email said response within 24h, has been almost 4 working days already with 0 replies. 50$ down the drain dont recommend buying from them

Hello,

This is not a scam, and we want to clarify a few important points for anyone reading this. All three products are delivered via Google Drive, which requires a Gmail address to receive access. If a non-Gmail address is used at checkout, access cannot be granted until a compatible email is provided.

Our support team does respond to all tickets, but responses may take longer during high-volume periods. If access has not been received yet, it is almost always due to an email compatibility issue rather than a failed delivery.

We encourage you to follow up with our support email using a Gmail address so we can resolve this for you.

Thank you for your feedback.
