Stay away from Reel Short.
You replied to my complaint and said to reach out to your customer service department, but you don't give me any details to contact you, so how am I supposed to do that, there is no customer service, I have tried sending message after message and get nothing in return, I have asked if you can give me an email or phone number to contact you, but there is nothing, you took $36.99 from me and gave me nothing in return and that's straight out fraud, how many other people have you done this to, by looking at the reviews there are plenty of people you have scammed,
I am going to make it my mission to make sure people are aware not to give you any money at all as if they do they may as well throw their money in the trashcan, you have already scammed enough people, you should be ashamed of yourselves.

I can’t watch the finish of my story as it just keeps coming back to the start I am 5 from the finish . What is the way I can finish watching it . The app now says it’s coming soon. I have sent a message before but no answer . I just will scrap it and remove the app . Just money chasers maybe .

Everything others said is true. We have 5 free chapters (2 minutes clip) but the app rewind so we read the chapters. Sometimes 3 times the same chapters. When I communicate with them, they say it is not true. I could tell them the story to prove I already read it... Sometimes we have to give 80 coins for 2 minutes clip . The stories are often good enough , not enough to be played 3 times!

what a ripoff. There was a 7 day trial period and I could cancel whenever I wanted. But surprise, they took the full amount from my account, that means NO free trial. 27$ straight out of pocket. I am angry and dissatisfied and do not see where they can be contacted. If I could give -5 stars they would get it.

The app was working great and all with watching ads to continue watching the series but now I'm so pissed that angry is an understatement. Ads are saying not working when trying to get bonuses and also when trying to continue with the episodes. As I said I'm so pissed I really LOVED this app, now I guess it's meaningless to try to watch series on it due to all the trouble I've encountered.

The price for watching these is insane, why would I pay 30$ to get through a single b grade story when I could pay 14$ and get a month worth of aaa films from Disney or Netflix etc. the ‘free’ story isn’t free at all, you never get to finish it without paying. I’m so disappointed because the storied look fun but this is just so dumb, just have a normal price subscription to access them al if you want to charge instead of this dumb overpriced coins stuffed. Deleting now and not spending a cent on this junk

After the free episodes I bought the 500 coin package which gave me another 500 for a bonus for $4.99. That didn’t last long every episode is a different price. I am disappointed because I was looking forward to the story line that I’d chosen, but I will never spend another dime on this app

I was annoyed by the ads, short episodes, but I got interested in the one "free" story. After over two weeks of five a day episodes, I looked forward to finishing the story. After watching 80 of the 83 episodes I was no longer offered free watching ads to see next episodes. Apparently I can only finish the story if I pay money. What a rip off! Never again. I am furious about this bait (free) and switch (pay $$$) to finish this story.

First of all I don't know how many minutes of viewing you get when buying coins. I would buy the coins so that I could watch more than 15 seconds of the show but I don't know if that's the case. I'm sick of getting 15 seconds of show and having to watch a 2 minute long ad just to get the free 15 seconds. I think this is highway robbery at its finest. Let us know exactly how many minutes we get for the coins we buy. Don't go by episodes, go by minutes. And then after 45 seconds of free viewing we have to wait over 6 hours to view anymore. Then we rewatch what we already have watched before we enter a new 15 second episode. I don't want to pay money for these tiny little segments you are calling episodes. How many minutes if we pay ?

I subscribed to the 1 year subscription and I am very pleased. There is some great movies on it. It was abit pricey but I enjoy watching the movies

Do not waste your money or pay for coins. I started a free episode and then decided to pay 9.99 for 1000 coins since each episode was about 58 coins. I was given access to possibly 6 episodes. Then I thought maybe I did something wrong and stupidly paid another 9.99. Again was able to watch about 6 episodes. BIG waste of money and time 🤬 DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Would give is less than a one if i could. I've watched a couple of them. All the same... husband treats wife badly the whole time they are married because of another woman, they divorce, she finds a decent guy, then the other woman's evil ways are found out and the ex- wife leaves the good guy and goes back to the husband. Would not recommend waistband your time watching these reels.

Never do these things, yet thought. I will give it a try. I paid to unlock the rest of the series, or so I thought. $7.99 for a couple of 'episodes' less than a minutes worth!

When I downloaded the app and started watching the selected show, it gave an option for a 7-days free trial and can cancel anytime. I opt in for the deal, watched the episodes, then canceled immediately (same day). Why did the app charge me $19.99 USD?!!!?! I was so pissed, I disputed it. I would never pay $20 for this type of service. A scam !
