After Sales Service

Amazing and Definitely worth the Money
I was sceptical in the beginning, my doubts were cast away after I viewed the training videos and selected the Trial Version. Guess what, I upgraded it to Full Version within 2hrs of using the Trial Version.

My colleague recommended this app to me, saying it's her secret weapon. And, yes, it's needless to say how much this app is helpful for academic writing. It helps me when I hit writer's block. Moreover, the tech support team is terrific- they are very responsive and fixes the issues quickly. I've used this app for around three years, and whenever I face tech issues, one quick email to the support team solves the problems.

ACCESS IMPOSSIBLE
I have paid. I have been able to use it the first days. then when I am resuming my work after some weeks, it has disappeared . I have gone again to yr site and when it asks .... I clicked on repair.... NO MENTION OF REF N WRITE AT THE TOP OF WORD DOC I OPENED

It is so far been helpful in my work
It is so far been helpful in my work. However, if at all it could be useful in paraphrasing more writing at once. It has a tendecy of writing new words which are completely unknown and are not synonyms of any of the words which appeared in the script.
