Super easy they canceled my subscription right away

My request was handled immediately. The customer service rep responded back to me within minutes. He was polite and very helpful, he took time to explain the procedure to me. I was very happy with his attention to the matter at hand.

Just wanted to trial first, had good experience and decided it wasn't something I need at the moment. Great service, the support team replied immediately, were polite and helpful. Will consider subscribing again in the future.

FAST. Assuming Jake is an Ai handling customer support. That was my first experience. Im so impressed at how quickly everything was resolved. 🙏🏼

I forgot to cancel the trial subscription and was billed accordingly. While exploring how to get a refund, I read some poor reviews regarding cancelling and customer service so I was a bit apprehensive to deal with the situation however I needn’t have worried.
I emailed at 08.54 (if that helps) and I received a polite and friendly response with clear instructions on how to proceed within two minutes. I had confirmation of a refund being processed by 09.04 which allowed me to get on with my day without worry.
Funds take 7 - 10 days to be returned, depending on personal bank, which could cause hardship for some however it was on me to cancel in time and read the refund policy before signing up.

Excellent customer support- sorted out my problem in under 24 hours. Polite emails and great follow up and feedback.
