As a real estate professional, I trusted Reffbox to deliver vetted, high-quality leads. What I received were unresponsive contacts who never returned calls — not once did a lead convert or even engage. I gave the company multiple chances to improve, including one final opportunity after speaking with Sam at Reffbox. He personally assured me the experience would be different if I removed my negative review. Unfortunately, nothing changed. The leads were just as poor, and the promises just as hollow.

Customer service was equally frustrating. Calling Reffbox directly led nowhere — no one ever answered. Instead, I’d get a callback from my contact overseas, who couldn’t resolve the issues. I voiced concerns about the lack of professional support, but they were ignored.
