Terrible company to deal with. I plugged in the printer that I have and searched for toner cartridge and the cartridge that matched my machine came up. I ordered it only to find out when it arrived that my machine actually doesn't need a toner cartridge. Of course the box was opened, buy the cartridge was never used. The absolutely refused to accept the return of the unused cartridge! After first speaking to someone in India, I finally was able to speak to someone here in the US and got no satisfaction whatsoever. Terrible customer service. They just lost the business of a major New York lawfirm.

Still waiting for shipment status with no tracking number provided, one week after purchase. No response to inquiry. Have found other cheaper & faster source for printer ink.
Do not recommend.
Update: February 26 and still waiting for product ordered and paid for on Feb 3rd. Tracking number is no longer valid. PayPal has refunded my money for non-shipment of item.

I got a set of ink cartridges and after printing about 5 pages, the black cartridge failed. It would not longer print. When I tried to reset the cartridge, the printer would not recognize it.

I paid for 3 ink cartridges for my HP computer. When they finally came two were alright but one was leaking.
I called the company & they said they'll send a new one It never came & the owner said he couldn't find any paperwork on my order

Did not like paying 98c for "shipping protection" as if I had chosen it, because I didn't and would not have. Like a rinky-dink cheapo thing. You have to unclick the box or something before hitting "send order". Maybe I'm just lucky, but I've never had a problem with delivery; only what is in the box.

As a one-woman business, I search for the best quality that is affordable and that will allow me to produce letters and documents that represent my clients well. Refill Bay has been a great resource for me and I am grateful for them.

I purchased 10 fax ink cartridges. 4 of them do not work. The film sticks to the paper. I did not try the other 6. I called the company and Steve took my message and said he would replace the ones with the issues. I have not heard from him since nor has he or anyone else from the company called me back. I have called three times and left messages. They do not honor their products or their words.

The real deal. Toner that actually works. Easy order. Great customer service. They actually have people who answer the phone! Great company. Feels like 1950.

Prices are cheaper with good quality products. David guided me to buy correct printer supplies. Will come and buy again.

I've been a customer of Refill Bay for some time now---they have ink cartridges that cannot be found anywhere else. Recently, I had an issue with an ink cart., and was asked to speak with their technician Sam Parker. Sam was well versed in my problem, and had the patience of a saint----he assisted me through every aspect of my issue---when we ascertained all efforts were to no avail, Sam helped, and the company sent new ink cartridges to my home I absolutely recommend this company for all your printer needs.

David Smith was very helpful. I was searching for printer supplies and he assisted me.

bad service, They don't take the responsibility of the lost packages. i won't use them again. waste of my time.
