Sir--I have written to your "dedicated" actually lax-support, perhaps fifteen to twenty times, but I also had failed to mention, here, in my original-review, that after denying its existence, you furnished me with a Shopify-page of an "invoice" I needed, to charge you back; and, you knew this and all that this "invoice" was was like four words on one page. "Customer has no data". How convenient, eh? Regardless--you were given ample-opportunity, to either furnish me with a product; or, prove wrong, my bank, who, again, denied vehemently all your lies, basically. Your support is not to be trusted. How did YOU log in to what, exactly, to find this information you don't EVER put on a portal, which I can access, guest-purchase or not? Not only can you, given these circumstances, just willy-nilly assert and "prove" for yourselves, that which stated your inadequate "invoice," but I also too, would like to say that my Shopify account was hacked recently, I'm just realising, it was right after basically the interactions, with your racketeering-firm; and I have every reason in the world; and no reason to not, distrust and blame your said firm; you even told me that you had given away my information, on your site and that you had closed my profile, with it, because I had had unauthorised purchases on it, which obviously, you couldn't prove. I still can only, just go to the chat, based on nothing; based on my E-mail-address, basically. And I do assert, here; or I'm asking, given all this, why it won't have been yourselves, who were to help yourselves to my Shopify-account; since you were the only ones to do anything regarding my E-mail, and that account; or, even, to have been the only ones, to touch it, or connect these two pieces of my information, both in years and years!? You failed; enjoy paying my charge back. That's all that's gonna happen here, although I should go to the European regulators from where you've been easily located based on information found on your site, Interpol, and my counsel to, because you have a superior-system-of-Roman-law, as compared to my country's-lax-like-you-"commoners'"-law, BOTH a civil-suit, and a criminal-denouncement of the damages you've basically, in order to make up for the lies you've posited, regarding one of your THEFTS, the admission that you lost my data, in order to propagate a "defence," OF THAT SAME LIE, basically another lie, that you'd "lost my data". It doesn't matter if any of these have been lies in an attempt to mitigate and "defend" yourselves against any of your THEFTS--the mere fact you admitted these things, make them subject to legal-recourse, for and by myself--and punishments. Bought a $250-CAD-PaySafe-card with a $20-fee! For a total of $277.37-CAD, and the monies had left my credit-card. That's how works, my bank. Three days later, the transaction moved to "posted," from "pending". There is NO portal on this website for customer-information. They brag about instant-delivery but also "guest purchases". All they did in the support-chat, was told me to keep waiting. That my monies were "cancelled" or "on hold". My bank disagreed, and I'm doing a charge-back, as I write this review. What the support-team also does, is, the agents will just close your chat; after they say one thing and will have responded after doing nothing for like either hours or maybe fifteen minutes, and before you're even given a chance to follow-up on how they will have solved absolutely nothing for you. I reckon due all these things, that this is a scam-website. I told them to furnish me by making me whole, or, I was going to charge them back and write this very-review. They don't care. All they needed to do was to stop lying and to give me my noproduct I never received. I checked my E-mail; nothing is there; nobody knows how they're even looking up my chat-history. By my cookies? My IP? By what? By my E-mail. They state payment-info is not kept with them, and yet, they thanked me for my having provided them with the last four digits of my card-number. Only for them to be like; "check your account, again. We won't actually do that, ourselves, and check our accounts. I mean, like; clearly; but, umm. Something-something-convenient-lie or excuse-something-something-on-hold or cancelled". Nor how they looked-up my "guest," (I do believe,) transaction-history, anyway. I asked these things, and so I heard nothing back, regarding them. Their chat-robot says they'll E-mail you if you leave--which, you will leave; and because it takes them six hours to say anything--and, so; you guessed it! ZERO E MAILS WERE EVER SENT. And, yes; I had left. I had to. They think I have all day. SO MANY companies are just trash these days.
