Absolutely disgusting site! Bought a pair of boots, nothing like the photo, they said it was the lighting! pah!! offered me a 20% refund! Nope, didn't want the disgusting things, ok, send them back to us, full tracking and insurance paid by me so they will definitely get there....somewhere in China! Wasn't worth the postage, and what's to say they would tell me if they arrived! Absolutely abominable shop! Do not go near them!!!

Forget the one star. No stars more apt. Ladies long sleeved top arrived like a crumpled rag. All labels cut out and no Return form in package. I complained to so called customer service( full of platitudes and insincerity). I am supposed to send them photograph to justify my complaint. Such terrible customer service. It also turns out you have to return items to an address in Netherlands and pay your own postage. Don’t have the address yet. I advise DO NOT BUY from this
So called Refined(!) Heritage(!) Company.

Awful company and awful delivery ...... Customer support not much better...... Should have read the reviews before I purchased .....I will never again deal with this company....
UPDATE!!!.... Courier left my package outside our door despite us being at home, and didn't even bother knocking to make us aware the package had been delivered...
I only discovered package had been delivered when I received an email hours later. When we checked outside our door, there was no sign of the package as it had obviously been stolen.....We live in a block of flats and the courier had no right to leave package unattended as it was a target for thieves....Refined Heritage is responsible for the secure delivery of every order, but after multiple communication with customer service, I was offered a 25% refund which is an insult.....It doesn't look like Refined Heritage will do the decent thing and refund me in full for an order that took weeks to arrive and then have it left unattended outside our door and subsequently stolen....I'm going to be out of pocket and disgusted with the poor customer service I received from this company and won't ever be ordering from RH again!!

I ordered a dress in 3 different colours and needed to send all back as cheap quality and nothing like photo . I asked for a returns form as stated and got daily emails apologising that I wasn’t happy and offering a 20% refund . I replied that I wanted a returns form for a full refund . I was then asked to send a photo of the damaged goods . Replied not damaged just want a returns form . They then offered 25% refund . Having read reviews that it costs £30 to return to China I was worn down and accepted 25% . Think they work on wearing you down with daily emails so they can end up with 80 % of your money and refund you 20% . They don’t want the clothes back as they are worth nothing . I binned my 3 dresses . AVOID REFINED HERITAGE . They are a scam company

One wrong item delivered
A shirt instead of a dress
One dress delivered in wrong size
Both poor quality fabric
Protracted email correspondence requiring proof by photos
No refund or free return offered for what is entirely their mistake

Only half my order arrived after weeks of waiting but email states it was all delivered
The dress is going straight back it is cheap material and looks nothing like the pictures but I have no return form or any correspondence email for returns it is impossible to contact them I would avoid this site it is definitely a Chinese site

I made the mistake of believing the online photo of what looked like a nice casual linen/cotton dress just right for the hot weather we've been having this summer.
What arrived was a cheap blue item that looked like the kind of overall a cleaner might use for work.
Basically, it was nothing like the advertised dress.

Terrible quality. I bought what was advertised as a denim shirt dress. Disgusting 100% viscose, shapeless, cheap thing arrived. So awful I almost laughed. Not even good enough for the charity shop. Never again.

So far so bad! I ordered two items in size large. What I received was items in XXXL and different colours to what I ordered. They now want me to pay for my own return which they state is expensive as it needs to be internationally tracked but judging by the other reviews on here that looks like even more wasted money. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. This is not a company, it’s just a scam

My refund that you state has been cleared from your bank is still pending with PayPal,
If it’s cleared your bank why is the refund being held?
This matter then is still not resolved as you elude to in your reply to my complaint.
Please share contact with PayPal to resolve this matter once and for all.

I ordered a size m green linen shirt …after a huge amount of notifications over 3 plus weeks (obvs not shipped from Europe) I received an xl greenish, non linen shirt, of v poor quality which looks NOTHING like the picture on site.

I ordered a jacket and it arrived after a month. It wasn’t as advertised, on the website it was described as a padded sueded jacket - in a reality it was flat low quality polyester. I asked for a return label as I wasn’t happy. They tried to trade with by offering 50%60% and keep the jacket. As I would never wear it I asked for 100% refund. Then I found out that the item must be returned to China! Bought in the UK but they ask you to return to China ! By the low if the item is not as advertised and they must provide a label or get courier to pick up - Refined Heritage - refuses! I pad £30 to ship back to China, today is three weeks and I still haven’t got my money back. Their phone is silent, they ignore my emails and I spent £100 for a jacket and shipping to China. People it’s illegal what they do - they are not even based in the UK, they are based in the Netherlands and clothes are coming from China. All is very bad quality what you see on their website is nothing like in a reality. They are scammers- once their get your money you will never hear back from them, their phone line doesn’t work and they will never reply to your emails. STAY AWAY FROM THIS FOREIGN COMPANY SELLING CHEAP CLOTHES FROM CHINA

The staff are exceptionally helpful with orders/ returns and generally enquiries.

Their quality of clothing is great and the varied styles are lovely.

Absolute blatant scam. I ordered 2 coats from this seller and what I received in 10 days shocked me. The order doesn't match the picture and dicription on their website. Instead of wool well looking classic coat costs £45 I received thin piece of bad quality synthetic cloth with uneven seams, torn pocket and uneven collar. I contacted the seller, but they didn't reply. Be careful and avoid them.

I intended to purchase a particular item which unfortunately was out of stock. The company offered me an alternative item with a decent discount for the inconvenience. Whilst I chose to request - and received - a full discount, they were generous enough to offer a discount on my next purchase with them. I will certainly be shopping with them in the future. Their attention to my needs was impressive and I can thoroughly recommend them as a professional customer focused organisation.I wish them well.
