I’m more than happy with my product but…
I’m more than happy with my product but I pay for next day delivery and the last 2 x my delivery has gone awol for days. Leaving me to cancel appointments and move bookings.
Ive tried to complain to delivery firm and tried arrange call back phone calls which haven’t happened. I’m reluctant to order again as I can’t have these no shows as I order from refine on demand and don’t hold stock.
It’s doesn’t look good when I’m unreliable because my delivery is unreliable.
