I have purchased a number of products from Reflect Couture over the past few months. This has been because I was blessed by the birth of babies and wanted to gift them clothing that parents would appreciate. Each time I have received calls from parents thrilled by the gifts, especially the baby grows. I was impressed too by the speedy turn around from ordering to receiving the products, and where necessary contact was made to advise me what stage in the delivery process the order was in. This is just the sort of professional customer care needed in a time when ordering online products is risky and largely impersonal. The brand therefore should withstand the times and become a much loved name. I should add also that I love the quality of the materials used for the clothing - 100% cotton and therefore enduring. The display colours online matched what I received - which can sometimes be dubious with other online retail sources. All in all I'm really pleased with the products, professionalism and timeliness of receiving the orders. I wholly recommend this brand.
