Not the Service I Expected

So I did actually receive my lighsaber in Jan 2024 which took 2 months to arrive.

It just arrived in it's display box which was damaged, luckily the lightsaber was ok. I did contact them on this but no response back.

I again contacted them for instructions to download the files onto an SD card as the one they supplied had nothing on it.
Again I never received a response back.

It now looks like their website has been taken down.

To be avoided at all cost

Either a scam or the worst organized company ever founded
They will at best continue writing you that they had issues, first in sending you the products and then in refunding
To be avoided at all cost
I will personally sue them if I won’t receive my money back

No reply... No refund...

I was too fast and busy when i ordered these lightsabers... Sadly I realized late to check the company on any other google reviews site.

I oredered two lightsabers in order to surprise my friend for his birthday. Got a tracking number and when i wanted to contact them to see what is happening... Well let's just say I never got the answer. I contacted them also on their Instagram profile @reflektsabers but of course no answer.

I hope my bank will be able to refund me somehow... Or I hope I will be able to get a reply IF EVER...

Be careful, don't be impatient and rush like some of us did.

Avoid at all costs. Scam

I bought a lightsaber on 27.05.2024 and I haven't received it until now. I filed a chargeback request to my card provider, so hopefully I get my money back.

First, I got info that the lightsaber was in transit, even if the website stated it was in stock when I placed the order. First red flag.

Then in July that it got lost by the courier and a new one will be shipped within 4-5 weeks. Of course no tracking number had been provided to me. Second red flag.

Finally, I got some random tracking number in August, but no link or courier name. Third red flag.

A few days back the order status was changed to delivered, even if I haven't received anything. Final red flag.

I gave them all the time to deliver the order and have been very polite in my communication.

Clearly a scam. Avoid it at all costs.

Would not recommend Reflekt Sabers

On May 7th I placed 2 orders with Reflekt Sabers after I found their website and saw their discounts and positive reviews. Since it wasn't that much of a difference in handling/shipping fees I added the priority handling option to the second order. According to the website the 3 items I purchased were all in stock.

Over the span of 5 days I received a number of emails providing me with status 'updates' regarding the orders. The funny thing is that I received either 2 or 3 emails on each date, despite me only placing 2 orders, and they were clearly automated since they were all sent at the exact same time each day which was the same time at which I initially placed the orders.
None of these emails had any order information and each batch was identical except for the 'Preparing for shipment' update where the stated time delay after which tracking info should become visible was actually longer for the order with Priority handling. The only way I could link that update to that order is because of the time at which it was sent. Unfortunately I never received tracking numbers in the following days so I decided to contact customer support.

On May 20th I received a response from Anne to my email from the 16th where she apologised for the lack of tracking information provided and she said that the order status at that time was: 'Your orders are in Transit and will be with you soon'. According to her there was a 'slight delay in production due to the popularity of the Luke EP 6 Lightsaber & Model Olorun V3 over the holiday' (no idea which holiday) and that I should rest assured that the orders where on their way and that I'd receive the tracking numbers soon.

I contacted them again on the 23rd asking for tracking info since I still hadn't gotten updates and apparently they could see my orders were in transit. On the 29th I received the reply: 'I deeply apologise for any inconvenience caused and your recent experience with your purchase; this is certainly not how Reflekt Sabers conducts business.
I have reached out to the courier, and it appears that your item was sent without tracking in our system. Typically, all of our Sabers are tracked, allowing customers to monitor their orders at every step of the way. As your order is approaching the maximum expected delivery time frame, as outlined in our shipping policy, I would be more than happy to resolve this for you by sending you a replacement Saber if your order has not arrived by the 7th June.

We are committed to meeting every customer's expectations and are working diligently to ensure that your order reaches you promptly. I deeply regret the delay and would like to offer you a unique 20% Off Discount Code for your next order as a gesture of our apologies.'
I checked to see if the discount code actually worked and unsurprisingly it didn't... I replied to that message since it conflicted with the info provided on Reflekt Sabers' own website and asked about compensation for the 'Priority handling' because this option had had no effect on the order processing. I also informed them about the non functioning discount code.

On June 2nd I received Shopify emails for both orders with an identical tracking code. On 17track I could see a tracking history starting on May 31st with JYGJ. Apparently the parcel was sent out of China. On June 11th there was a response from Anne about her personally handling my inquiry and that she spoke with the courier and managed to retrieve my tracking number (which I had already gotten at that point).
'I sincerely apologize for the delay in receiving your Reflekt Saber and any inconvenience it may have caused. We have spoken to the courier and found that your order was delayed at the depot. Rest assured, that your saber its way to you'. Nowhere did she mention anything from my last message.

On the June 20th I attempted to contact Reflekt Sabers one last time since there hadn't been any tracking updates for a week and I one again asked about the compensation for 'Priority handling'. To this day (August 14th) I still haven't heard back from them.

Eventually I did receive both of my orders on June 22nd jammed in a single box covered in a hilarious amount of shipping labels and a 'Made in China' sticker. The sabers themselves are fine but the manuals are unusable since they don't correspond to the actual controls...

All in all this whole ordeal felt like ordering from AliExpress but worse.

TLDR; In the end I did get my sabers but it wasn't worth the frustration. Would not recommend Reflekt Sabers.

PAYED, DIDN'T GET PRODUCT, WON'T GET REFUND, WONT EVEN ANSWER EMAILS

I ordered a saber early june, they promise 5-7 day delivery which I payed extra for. It's august and I still didn't recieve anything and they are refusing a refund. They told me they sent the package months ago, but there was some error there is no record of it or any tracking number, after this they ran out of parts so I should be waiting patiently for months to get a new one.

TLDR: PAYED, DIDN'T GET PRODUCT, WON'T GET REFUND, WONT EVEN ANSWER EMAILS

IT'S A SCAM.

Bad experience

Made my order 3 weeks ago and still haven't received it. The product was listed with an Express delivery. According to the terms of shipping, EU and UK costumers are under 2-5 days express delivery. The product is in-stock according to the website and has Express shipping.

I will list some of my experiences and deductions so far:

- I asked for a refund in order to swap to another product, but the customer service referred to the terms of cancellation, which state that orders can't be cancelled after delivery has taken place. However, no tracking code or verification of delivery was ever given to me until this day. I haven't received any communication from their customer service since then. The order is still in a "Received" state. I have asked for the tracking code several times and still haven't received it. Therefore either it was lie when they said my order was delivered or they do not follow their own shipping terms, which state that all deliveries are tracked. Other saber stores disclose, that shipping will be coming from China and I, amont others suspect that this is also the case with Reflekt Sabers.

- They only publish neutral to positive reviews on their website. This can be verified by checking the Judge.me publishing data. Judging by the reviews here on Trustpilot I don't believe for a second that there are no 1-star ratings on Judge.me.

- Their return policy dictates, that you can't return a product, which was in sale. It is very convenient for them, that nearly every item in their website is in sale constantly. The product page will state "30 days hassle free return". I recommend exercising caution, when considering ordering from Reflekt Sabers. Will definitely file a charge-back claim through my credit card company, since the terms of shipping and service have been breached.

I ended up making an order from another saber store based in the Netherlands and they shipped the product to me next day with a tracking code. Everything went smoothly. I recommend EU customers looking for a fast delivery should check this or another store out, since you and the store are based in the EU and will be protected by EU consumer protection legislation.

No communication

Purchased 2 blades, however emailed them requesting to cancel as I realised that the blades they ship are larger than the hilt I have. I needed 7/8 inch instead on 1inch.

Have sent a few emails requesting for a cancellation. However have had no response, aside from that ordered over 2 weeks ago and still have not even received tracking information for my order anyway despite the website saying the blades were in stock for next day delivery etc.

Edit: Finally had a response on the 8th July - unable to cancel my order as it had been shipped. Suppose not surprised as they ignored my 3 emails in the 2 weeks prior.
Despite being told the items have been shipped still no tracking as to when the items will be delivered.
Also asked returns process for refund - guess I'll have to wait another 2 weeks for a response there.

From experience so far - I wouldn't recommend anyone purchasing here.

Update: 22 July, despite being told order was already shipped prior to the 8th. Still no tracking whatsoever, and haven't received the items.

I can't recommend reflektsabers

I can't recommend reflektsabers, even after two months the purchased swords still haven't arrived. And they were in stock at the time of ordering, with a stated delivery time of 3-5 days. Allegedly, there is an error on the part of the manufacturer and the delivery to reflektsabers was delayed (even though they were and are in stock).
Even after repeated inquiries and considerable patience, I still have neither a tracking number nor information on the status of the order.
And these sabers are even now in stock and ready for express shipping.

Nil response after a month

Placed my order on May 29th, one item in stock, free UK delivery, comes with a case... Policy to ship within 15 days... Should have been good, right? Wrong...

Four weeks and two unanswered emails later, still on Order Placed status. From other reviews it looks like I may yet get my saber, but the customer service is non existent.

If there is a problem, then a vendor should manage expectations and communicate, even if it's bad news. The absolute worst thing to do is leave the customer in silence.

Buyer beware.

Updated Aug 18th... So, 3rd July a response arrives from Anne... Unforeseen supply chain issues (so why was it listed as available?) Delay of up to 4 weeks. Free express shipping, free accessory pack, apologies... Can contact using Anne's own email...

Chased again 1st August... Anne's email bounced, mailer daemon response.... (sigh, not massively surprising).

Email update 16th August... Order is being packed and a tracking number is to be forwarded within 4 days... Strange thing, "if you receive your original order, keep it as a gift"... Wait, what?!?

So, two and a half months after ordering, how's the rest of this going to pan out...?

Final update, 29th August. The tracking details never appeared, but my saber finally arrived today. It's been exactly three months. It looks OK and works after charging up, standard Xeno 3 setup and the app connects ok.

Was this worth it...? Well, it was maybe a hundred quid cheaper than the nearest price, and had a hard case included. Value-wise, for the item alone, I cannot fault it. But service... no. Even if it had been clear at point of purchase that there was going to be an extended delay from ordering to delivery, there was a long period with no contact or visibility; no tracking, and certainly no express delivery or the accessories spoken of either. It just isn't worth the hassle for the lower price.

Stay away

Placed my order on May 2nd and never received a tracking number neither obviously the items I purchased. Support will reply to you for a while but after they say they would escalate the issue, they will just stop answering emails.

Do not buy from them, I don't if others have really received their order but they aren't worth the hassle.

Super Friendly and Fast Service

The delivery was quick and the quality is great. I love my new lightsaber and would definitely buy from here again. It's easy to figure out how to use it once you try out all the features, which doesn't take long. I had to tighten a few screws, but the included accessories made it easy. Considering the price, it's excellent, especially for Star Wars fans. May the Force be with you!

Ordered a cracked/lava blade on May 5th…

Update edit 2 June 19 2024: I received the blade yesterday and it is in good condition. I got a discount code in compensation for the bad experience and long delivery time. Updating the rating. I received the blade in the end but the lack of communication on their part -- the long waiting period of being in the unknown -- really didn't do anything good for my patience or trust in them. I might order from them again.

Update edit June 4: Reflekt Sabers has been kind to advise me that they'll look into the issue and get back to me.

Ordered a cracked/lava blade on May 5th during their extended May4th 20% discount but only received 10% on another discount code "MayThe4th". I contacted them May 13th about the discount and the lack of shipping information, and received a reply about the discount was only for sabers and not blades and that the item was sent plus the shipping information would be updated soon. I don't think the discount information about it being only sabers and not accessories has been clear enough but I'll let that slide. The shipping information has not been updated at all since two weeks ago when I received the answer from Reflekt Sabers, and the Route app has been stuck on Awaiting ETA for almost a month now.

Reflekt Sabers has been very quiet since we last communicated, and don't respond to my messages, almost like they are hiding.

Just awful.

Ordered over 3 weeks ago. Had loads of emails waffling on about production and quality checks then over 2 weeks ago another saying I'll get a tracking number in 3 days. Then another email the day after to say I'd get a tracking number in 5-7 days. Still no tracking number. Emailed 10+ times for info. Told its on its way bit still not given a tracking number. Asked to cancel after 2 and a half weeks and told I can't because it's on its way but still have no tracking number. Awful communication, awful service. Do not order from them.

5 days in. Still no order. Still no tracking number. My bank connected them 4 days ago which they have ignored and just sent me another email saying they'll try to get me a tracking number in 7 days if I haven't received the order. Absolute lies from the outset. Not in the UK. Not trustworthy. They have just stolen my money and refuse to refund it at this point.

Do not order from this company. Fraud.

Avoid at all costs.

paid for express shipping and handling, I ordered over 1 week ago. no shipment, no reply to emails or contact form on the site.

After 7 days finally received an answer to my contact form. They claim the order has shipped, but don’t have a tracking number. Order is still “confirmed” on their site.

While Quality is great, they have literally no communication whatsoever

Listen quality is pretty good , the only issue is the communication , if you don't have an issue with waiting for a while for your order, then buy from them . While I had two orders shipped as one I don't know if it was a one time thing or if it is like this on general, read on for all the details
(They had supposedly sent out my order and had generated my tracking number ( which I never received) but then almost a month after I ordered, they sent me an email saying that I need to resend my shipping info (which is ridiculous , if there was an issue tell me when I order it not a month later after you supposedly sent it out ).

Total order timeline:

I ordered the Gemini sabers set of 2 on the 5th of may and I paid more for Express Tracked Shipping, I received the emails that the assembly process has begun (6th of may) , then an email saying they are quality checking it (8th of may) , than an email saying that they are preparing for shipment and that a tracking code has been generated (it hasn't yet ) (10th of may). I sent multiple emails to the email provided on the site and only got a reply on may 22 from Anne , and she said something about there was a delay due to the holiday (what holiday?!?!) and that the current status of my order is that it is in transit and should be with me soon, and have been waiting and looking for my tracking number or eta no update no response and overall I'm disappointed, And what is worse is that I had made another order on may 12 and I'm regretting it so much already .

Update: they sent an email on May 27th, saying that they sent it without tracking . quote- "I have reached out to the courier, and it appears that your item was sent without tracking in our system. Typically, all of our Sabers are tracked, allowing customers to monitor their orders at every step of the way. As your order is approaching the maximum expected delivery time frame, as outlined in our shipping policy, I would be more than happy to resolve this for you by sending you replacement orders if they have not arrived by the 3rd of June".
Then they offered 20% discount on my next order as compensation, I already ordered 4 lightsabers In two different orders I have no need for a discount, especially when I can get 15-20 percent discounts with codes on their website . And have still yet to be given an ETA and tracking number.....

Update it's June 3rd I have sent an email to ask about my order, and if I will get a replacement and there is no response.

Today June 5th still no response , feeling scammed.

If you plan on buying a lightsaber, don't buy from here !!
My friend ordered a saber from theory sabers about 2 weeks after I ordered from here and he got it in a week.
I ordered it over a month ago and haven't even received a tracking number.....
Reflekt Sabers or Anne , if you are reading this you should be ashamed of yourselves and your business ,stop ******* around and send me my order already, or give me a refund, this is so ridiculous!!
Update: June 6th they sent me an email saying that they have been informed by the courier that there has been a delay because my address is in Hebrew , and that I have to send it in English, stupid thing is they only told me that a month later , and that I should write it in English which I have and I'm waiting for a response.
It's just sad that after a month they seem to have an issue with an address..

Today June 19th - still no response I had resent the info as requested on June 6th , my orders have been removed from the route app , they only show up in order history.

Update June 21st :
I have received an email saying that they have sent it and it's on the way and they sent a tracking number.

Update June 24th:
Finally received the lightsabers, and I'm not gonna lie I'm really happy with them, quality is really good and the hilts look really awesome, the one thing I don't really like the actual saber there is a sort of light halo because the saber is sort of rounded on the top , but besides that no issues at all. I would have given at least four stars if not for all the shipping issues and lack of communication.

Order has arrived (update)

I have ordered lightsaber on the 5th of May 2024. At first everything looked just fine, I have received some autoreply emails along the way, highlighting that my order is confirmed and now my saber is going through quality check. Which always is good to hear. But....

Last email from Reflekt Sabers was on 10 of May, stating that my saber is preparing for shipment and that I will receive tracking code within my next email. And I never did.
I have send emails to Reflekt Sabers, but they don't seem to be bothered to answer.

The funny thing is that my shipping method was so called "Express Tracked Shipping" and I'm located in Europe. So presumably delivery should be fast enough. At least it usually is when I order some products from UK.

Looking at all the other negative reviews it's seems I'm not the only one that have such problem.

Update:
Since my last communication with Reflekt Sabers I have received email from Anne. The same old message everyone else received "holidays, delays, your purchase is on a way". I even got tracking code on 24 of May, which is inactive still (meaning that parcel was not delivered to courier yet). And of course no one seems to be answering to my emails regard this issue. So I decided to do a little digging on the company (I wish I had done this before I made purchase). You can easily find detail on the internet (just google Reflekt Sabers Ltd).
So basically Reflekt Sabers Ltd is micro company. Don't have any assets. And it seems that it employs one person (the owner himself). So there are possibility that emails from Anne actually coming from the owner. My guess is that this company is basically a one man show (with low and unregular turnover) where with help of website, social media and set in place autoreplies it made to believe that big company in UK handling everything. Meanwhile everything probably comes from China and not from EU or USA warehouses (as it stated on website). And that is why it takes for so long.
So I advise you to think twice if you are planning to order something from Reflekt Sabers.

Update:
Reflekt Sabers contacted me and said that "Your lightsaber is in Transit and will be with you soon" and then also said this "Due to delivery being in the carrier's hands, we can not guarantee the exact delivery date for this item. But please rest assured, that your Saber has been shipped express and is on its way to you. "
So I have contacted the courier (in my case it is DHL) and they say that just today on 31 of May order data was transmitted electronically to them (basically they see that info about the parcel was registered just today) but they don't have the physical item! This means that Reflekt Sabers lied about handling the parcel to the courier on 24 of May and that my item is in transit!

Final update: At the end I did receive my saber (somewhere in the middle of June). Later than I needed it, and not without me reaching constantly to Reflekt Sabers reminding about myself, and asking for a refund. The quality of sabers is not great, but I guess it's ok for the price. I don't think this whole company is a scam, rather it's just a one-man show that orchestrates everything and doesn't really have normal support & logistics in place. So be aware of that.
