Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Evaluating 29 reviews, most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Many customers found the product to be of poor quality, with issues such as inaccurate readings for pulse, oxygen levels, and step counts, making it unreliable for health monitoring. The watches frequently experienced problems with charging, with some stopping entirely after a few months, and others having charging cables that failed quickly. Reviewers also expressed dissatisfaction with the overall value for money, feeling that the product's performance did not justify its price, and some even suggested it was a waste of money. However, some people mentioned that the watch was good for telling time, receiving notifications, and had an adequate internal speaker, with a few finding the design appealing. Conversely, a small portion of people felt that despite its flaws, the watch was acceptable given its low cost, acknowledging that they got what they paid for.

Avoid Reflex-Active Tag

This tag is so cheaply made. It feels like just cardboard. It has a tiny chip in it yet they charge £19.99 for them. Must cost about a penny to make. Mine has never worked. Got it on a TUI flight. It didn’t work immediately but they wouldn’t take it back for refund. It worked for a few minutes with new battery but then went off again. Terrible product.

AVOID

Sent me a damaged plug, and made it very difficult to return it for a refund. Customer care does not know the difference between a plug and a watch and does not answer simple questions . must be a chatbox but not sure. Wasted a lot of time on this. Easyjet sell their stuff at half price. Rip off!

Fantastic customer service

Bought Series 15 in flight April 23. It stopped working recently. Just died. I rang customer service and the phone was answered by a real human !! Charming lady emailed me a paid return label to return watch. About a week.later I have received a brand new replacement.

These people really understand superb customer service and deliver it.

The watch is pretty good too. Not perfect but n excellent product for the price.

Wouldn't hesitate to buy again

Reflex active series 18

Nice enough smart watch, Display is nice and bright, app works well after recent update.
GPS isn't practical if watch ⌚ is coverd by coat sleeve, it takes while to locate GPS signal.
Its missing real feature like compass 🧭,
Cordless charging would have been be better then very small fragile cable.
It may be IP68 rated water proof but no mention of sauna or steam room safe.
