I ordered 4 and received 3. The team seemed quick to repair the omission but as warned I had to leave the UK before it arrived. It was obviously not sent out next day delivery……
I left on the 19th.

This product seems to have changed a while ago. The texture of the protein seems different to how it was. It seemed fluffier before but now seems finer. I’m not sure what happened but would be interested to know.

Customer service has been very good over the years and the product has remained consistent.

Been using reflex for coming up to twenty years now. Always had the instant mass, preferred the original taste but like the quality of nutrition that’s inside my daily shakes.

Things I’d change are; I preferred the bags/sacks that used to be given instead of the tubs for the larger sized orders as this is better for storage, but primarily easier for the scoops.
The scoops are way too big for the lids of the tubs currently used resulting in spillage each use.
Secondly, I wanted to order again the other day but your 40% + 10% discount didn’t last long at all. Maybe you could extend your discount deals a bit longer as this gives people a chance to order and I was going to recommend it to some colleagues at work also before seeing that it had ended already.

The problem with my recent experiences with Reflex is that I ordered a specific protein powder (instant whey pro) and the powder I receive is something else! This has started happening in three of the last four times I’ve ordered this powder.

I’ve been drinking reflex protein for a long time and whenever I used to buy it in the shops - it was never a problem. Ever since I’ve bought it directly from the site (because no shops stock this particular powder) I’ve encountered this problem.

It’s really disappointing!!!

Fast delivery

Great product, mixes well and high quality. But packaging for whey protein tubs could be improved - the foil ‘lid’ seal burst following some tough handling by a third party courier. Think it broke when dropped over my fence - not an unusual scenario I suspect. Lost about 5-10% of tub contents

I got recommended the whey pro protein and I’ve got to say the salted peanut caramel flavour is a great addition, full of flavour really good value, low calorie high in protein, delicious.

The packaging and flavours have changed since my last order. I’m not a fan of the flavours and the pouches don’t reseal very well. I’ve been using your products for over a year but I won’t be reordering again unfortunately.

Purchased salted caramel whey. Fantastic taste. Nice salty caramel with a strong nutty after taste. Really are enjoying this flavour. Reflex always makes excellent products that's worth the price.

So far my experience has been good, I have the 100% whey protein which is less powdery than other brands that I’ve used in the past and easier to mix with foods. I have just put in a second order of additional supplements because of the advertised quality of the products and the cost being reasonable. Shipping has been fast so that is also appreciated.
