great iptv service overall. Easy setup, wide selection of channels, and good streaming quality. customer support is responsive and helpful.

I had a few questions during the initial setup and reached out to their support team. They were incredibly responsive and walked me through everything until it was working perfectly. The service was activated almost instantly after I paid. It’s rare to find an IPTV provider with this level of support. Highly recommend!

took my coin for 2 lines for a year and cut me off in 2 months.mesaged the scrote he didn't care one bit. keep your money people,when it was working it was down more than when it was working.absolute rubbish.

I tried to renew my service after using for one year. It took 48 hours for them to reactivate after contacting them on Whats app and via email. I am very disappointed in there customer service. As far as the video goes there were occasions over the past year that channels did not load and service would not be available for four to six hours. In December of 2025 I had to load a new IPTV player because there service no longer worked with it.
When the service is working the video was very high quality. The selection of VOD is outstanding.
I would give them 5 stars if they there service stood up to what they say it will be on there web site.

I have found Reflexsat support to be quite unhelpful. Unfortunately, I have encountered various issues with my subscription, including TV channels not loading, and have received minimal assistance from the organisation. Therefore, I cannot recommend their service.

Have been without epg for a week now. Only said or had something to do with their server.. after 3 days still nothing.. and loads of buffering.. or errors..

Fraudulent company.

LiveTV channels are working
but the movies on the movie channel is contently buffering and impossible to watch.

Refund promised " Hello
do you use PayPal so that we can send you your money, just to speed up the procedure?."

Received response mail after +/- 7 days "Sorry for the delay in replying, but the financial department won't accept your request because the refund is not exact on one-month subscriptions."

Please consumers avoid this company as far as possible they are criminals.

No answer when you ask. Fake site.....

Great service the setup can be a bit hard but i emailed support received a reply within minutes and had the issue sorted shortly after that. I have only had the service a short time but it's working wonderfully. i would definitely recommend. Edit 11/07/2924 still going well 7 months in and im loving the service.
