Team always listen take action and inform accordingly

The best part is they always listen, work on that and respond.
I was facing problem while preparing invoice thru Android mobile and description box was not taking the words according to my requirement.
Refrens team worked on that to fix that issue and ultimately they came up with the resolution.

Awesome tool! Great features! Great price! Wish it was also targeting a bit more European businesses

I really love this tool, it has a lot of advanced features and it is free!
It is a great tool for a freelancer or small business. I would definitely think of getting a premium upgrade once some features are considered for the European region, like French language and cheaper international payment fees. I would love to see Stripe integration (for business located in Europe this would be a cheaper solution), white labeling from E-mail and WhatsApp feature, possibility to send e-mail from our own domain! Ok, if we want to avoid white-labeling, it is still possible to download the invoice and send it ourselves via WhatsApp and by e-mail, but then we miss out on the tracking feature, which is very powerful!
All in all, this is a great tool, I am pretty optimistic that they will consider integrating features for European businesses in the future.

I'm a small business that really needed to find a solution to create simple yet professional VAT invoices for my South African clients for my website buyqualityplr.com. And Refrens has been the perfect solution and it's FREE! I did buy the premium upgrade because I was so impressed with the tool. It's a mini game changer for anyone needing invoices on a budget and their support team is very helpful. Very happy with Refrens.

I am using Refrens since 2-3 months…

I am using Refrens since 2-3 months now. My experience with Refrens invoicing tool and their customer support is phenomenal. Even though I am using their free version, I get prompt replies to my queries. (They reply to the live chat within seconds)

Best for Small medium businesses

We have been using the basic version of refrens for quite a while now. Post our evaluation we decided to move to premium experience. So far the product design UI is simple and effective. Just starting to look at other features. So far seems the best site / application at this price.
