Genuine experience
Purchased the printer from refubb and I am happy to share that printer is working excellent till now. I have purchased the printer last year and their support team is really supportive. I think all the negative reviews are from their competitors because in our case everything was perfectly fine. They delivered within 5 days also they provided us the invoice and also they did installation within 2 hours.

Does not give receipts
My only beef with this company is refusing to give a receipt or bill of sale - after paying for items they have listed online.
This company is located in India and this practice of refusing to provide receipts to customers are generally to circumvent seller tax liabilities to their government.
In my case I am taking my items overseas with me and the Customs India need receipts.
Buyer beware.
Again, I am only commenting about the above addressed concern.
Products I received were carefully packaged and in acceptable condition.
