Ellie has been an actual dream to work with since the moment we messaged. No question was ever too much and they literally hold your hand through the process. They held the bed for me with just a small deposit until I had a completion date and when my move was delayed by months they changed the delivery address for me with no bother and delivered within a week. Honestly could not recommend this company enough. So happy with me new bed 💫

Awesome!!!!
Very pleased with the bed. Exceeded all expectations. It looks lovely in our new bedroom and the ottoman gas lift is so helpful to get rid of that extra stuff we had. Order came sooner than expected too. Would definitely recommend Refurnishd!!!

Delivered the wrong bed!
We ordered a Royale Kingston bed
from refurnishd.com on 05.08.2021 but we were delivered the wrong bed in different design. Even the buttons started to come away from the headboard on the day one! We have tried to contact, message and email refurnishd.com but having promised someone will call us back we are now being ignored. No one is replying to our messages or emails or answering the telephone. Very disappointed!
