I was dealing with a guy called Sean , to say he went above and beyond in every aspect of his job would be an understatement , from the calls to the paperwork he was out on he own , absolute legend , literally done everything in he’s power too seal the deal and can’t thank him enough ,these are a must !!!

I am satisfied with the assistance I received to acquire finance when I had lost all hope.

Honestly this is the best and smoothest finance application have ever done, all thanks to Brandon , he literally made it soo easy and straightforward, also helped throughout the process and I’m very happy about it. Definitely coming back next couple years to get another car and will definitely refer friends and family.

Was informed I had been provisionally accepted for finance with one of their lenders and was advised to contact them to agree finance.
Spent over half hour on phone to be told sorry we don't finance caravans.
The form I completed clearly stated that the application was for a caravan finance. A total waste of their lenders and my time.

Refused vehicle finance on a van, it's stupid how you're priced out of the market by things like ulez and Caz and then anyone giving finance on a car but not vans for workmen.
Even though I'm on a well above average wage, these finance companies need to wake up

Applied for finance in my name. Due to not working myself they also took my husband's name and income details. Fair enough I thought. A few hours later I'm getting numorous calls and messages from various loan company's wanting to speak to my husband about his application. When I explained he didn't apply and it was myself they told me I must be wrong as the broker, jacob @ refusedcarfinance, had given them his details, details which included a completely false email address! This has left lots of searches on my husband's credit file which is something we were trying to avoid. And I'm pretty sure it breaks every data protection law going since at no point did my husband speak to anyone never mind give his consent for these credit checks.

dealt with a gentleman called Richard Saints - lovely, polite, understanding - non-pushy. After being a bit hesitant at first i received outstanding service and a much better apr/interest than i had expected - highly recommend.
