Very nice sweatshirt

The dresses are beautiful! So many compliments. The light blue dress was snug under chest when zipping, had to order next size up…. Then I altered it. But it looks and feels great! I do like that they support charities … however, the customer service for returns is not good. It says on their website easy returns, but no.

I purchased 3 items, and I LOVE all three, sizing was exactly what I wanted, very accurate as well as the beautiful quality of the garments, I am impressed and that doesn't usually happen with an online store I found on FB. They came well packaged and folded nicely, no ironing needed. Very happy with my purchase.

I was extremely happy with my purchase. It took along time to arrive but when it did I was actually kind of surprised by the good quality. Much better than I was expecting. I would definitely order from them again. Customer service is a long process of back and forth emails.

The quality of the fabric wasn’t exactly what I expected but everything fits well and I’m quite happy.

Great service and install. The gentlemen were friendly and thorough. Cleaned up after themselves. Very happy

This is a terrible website to shop for clothing. Their products are cheap and it does not look like anything they portray on website. Their sizes are huge. I bought 3 dresses because it looked beautiful online. I checked my size based on the chart , my chest area was ok however below that it just looked like I was wearing a sack. I looked obese . I am 142lbs and 5”4. . Furthermore one of the dresses I bought was white and of course the website says , it’s not see through . IT ÎS SO SEETHROUGH. Smh

Sorry, there is color and visual difference between photos was advertised and real clothes because of light when take photo, please understand.
We are really sorry our item do not meet your expectation, we can refund US$21 for your order as compensation, can you keep items?

They say the customer service is 24/7 but their response is more like 3-4 days.

Refyz is definitely a scam website! I ordered 5 items. Three of the items did not fit me properly and I emailed them. They will not return my money……offered me $36. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! Very poor business ethics!

This site is a scam - received items that were nothing like the online description and photos. Immediately contacted them about a return - per their website - only to be told they would not accept a return and offered me $20.

The sweater & shirt I order was a perfect fit . I love the quality of the material
