The awning is fabulous and just as expected. Regal were so patient with us because we placed the order and then were unable to accept it for quite a few months due to a major leak slowing our building work. No complaints about anything and would definately recommend them. The salesman was not pushy either which is always a bonus.

Regal Awnings produced a very good canopy for my renovated balcony and there was plenty of choice for the materials and trim. Installation went smoothly and the company was very patient with the delays caused by builders. Look forward to using this canopy for many years.

Was still working but fabric had had it's day.
I phoned and made appointment when they came out it was same person as before very efficient.
The workmen that fitted it where on time, very pleasant and did a good job.

Good all round thank you. Whilst the installation team completed the job quickly and efficiently, we had been told at point of sale that the survey team would return and complete the job. When new faces and names appeared on the day initially it caused us some angst - hence the 4 stars.
