Totally disrespectful to women. Do NOT use.

As a long standing customer, I booked a cab for 12.30 to Paddington to catch a train to an important meeting. By 12.33, I'd had 2 messages to say my cab had been dispatched. But none to say it had arrived. I went outside to check. A cab was parked close to my house - so I asked the driver if he was for me. He went berserk, screaming and yelling that I was late - and he couldn't wait. I explained I'd had no message saying he'd arrived. And dashed back inside to pick up my bag. I ran to the kerbside. But he drove off screaming. I did not have time to wait for another cab to be dispatched. So I ran to the main road - with my bags - on the hottest day of the year to try and hail a black taxi. I have trouble walking due to an injured tendon - this was SO bad...I missed my train as a result. In my view, Regal uses drivers who totally disrespect and dislike women. This makes them dangerous. All women should boycott companies like this...

Terrible service, avoid at all costs if you want to get somewhere on time

Terrible service, in fact diabolical and I agree with the other poor reviews. Cab was half an hour late and I was told pure lies about why it was late, they pretend they are on the street looking for you then cancel the job. But if you’re delayed through no fault of your own you get charged more (which they won’t tell you about until it’s too late), however they won’t recompense if they themselves are late by 45 mins! Absolutely shocking and they would have had longstanding business with me had they just taken the jobs seriously - in this digital age of knowing traffic in advance there are less excuses that can or should be used. It hasn’t been terrible every time but enough to make this a no-go company. A previous driver was argumentative on the street over £2 and went from friendly to almost aggressive within seconds. Driver also informed me their call centre is in India not Ladbroke Grove!

Absolutely terrible service, aggressive drivers avoid, avoid.

Absolutely terrible service. Very rude and aggressive driver who could hardly speak English. Kept telling me to go to row S. I called three times over a 15min period to be told the taxi would arrive in 3mins. I eventually got through to the driver who told me to go to row S as he was parked there it was the 3rd call yo him (6th in total) when he admitted he wasn't actually in the car park but would arrive soon and went to a different row at the oposite end of the car park. The belligerent attitude of the driver made the whole experience terrible and completely unnecessary. The whole journey home he kept telling me it was my fault, which was not only untrue but completely unnecessary. I'd avoid this company and use someone more reputable with professional drivers.

Very unprofessional

Very unprofessional! Rude! When I have ordered a cab to the airport I offered almost 1/3 of the fee more to take my luggage from 2nd floor to the car. The gentlemen came with extremely poor English, very argumentative, pulling and shoving the suitcase down until open. He told me it is not a big deal it can be closed again in a rather strange manner and tone of voice. He asked me again how many suitcases . I repeated twice as stated already over the telphone it is 2 of us one large and one hand luggage each. He said it is 4 you are not explaining properly. His attitude was like he was speaking his 3rd wife in some remote part of the world. Then he insisted for me to lift the other side of the suitcase into the boot. One luggage is 17kg the other one 20kg. I have asked for this special service for medical reasons. I am travelling with 12 years daughter also with medical condition. Then he said the luggage is to big for the car. At the end I had to put my foot down and ask him if he is going to take us to the airport or not, as his attitude was not helpful. I was already ordering another cab. He changed a bit. Then he entered the car and open his and my window without asking. I silently closed it. What customer service. In the car he said it is not my fault but his controller was cheating, as he was not been told of size of the luggage. I do not mean to be rude myself and arrogant but when he was arranging the luggage in the boot, I was wondering if he was doing it on purpose or he really or not. My 12 years old jokingly said he was not good at Lego.
