A very solid , sturdy build , looks very good quality but time will tell as i do find my dogs collars don't tend to stay nice for long and coating very cheap quality so i look forward to seeing how this one holds up and wears over time so far so good 😊

We have 6 chihuahuas
We have 6 chihuahuas, one has irritating itchy skin ,I was recommended the treats and it helped greatly and we have a much happier dog which makes us feel better as we'd tried lots of other products

Laura went above and beyond!
Laura has got to be one of the best people I have ever worked with in a customer service setting! From my initial enquiry she went above and beyond. I had requested a custom stitch on a gold series collar which wasn’t listed on the website. I genuinely thought my request would be shut down however, Laura surprised me and advised she was willing to test it to see if it could work! With both sides happy with the end result - I placed an order for the gold series collar, harness and lead. I received it in good time, eveything fit my pup perfectly and I really did have a positive buying experience with the company. Laura is a credit to the team and I would recommend the brand to all dog owners.

Great products
Really nice products at a fair price in my opinion. They are a bit heavy for smaller dogs but that's understandable as they seem to cater mostly to bigger breeds

Good product, dissapointed with customer service
I ordered a personalized dog collar and initially contacted customer service regarding an issue. They did reply to my firsts messages, however when I followed up asking about a refund or exchange, I never received any further response. My last email sent 13th of Jan. It’s disappointing because once a problem is raised, customers should be able to resolve it properly. Communication stopped when I asked for a solution.
No no complaint about the quality or the product, it's actually really good collar but the sizing information is a bit unclear as I've ordered correct size, but when I've ajdusted the bucke the name sat exactly under the adjustment buckle.

In this case, the collar ordered was a personalised item. As stated on our website, we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges on personalised products.
From your description, it sounds like the larger size was selected. For this style of collar, the small size would have been the correct option so that the name sits correctly on the collar once adjusted. We do provide a sizing guide on the personalisation page where the design is added it also advises customers to choose the smallest size that fits their dog. This helps ensure the buckle sits further away from the personalisation so the name remains visible when the collar is adjusted.
