absolutely crap customer service.
spent nearly £200 with this company for them to ignore all the emails ive sent over the last year.
the gold chain collar i bought from them stains my dogs white fur to a grey shade.
ive asked multiple times for assistance regarding this and theyve ignored me.

For clarity, we do mention on our website that plated items can occasionally leave light grey colouring, particularly on white fur, and recommend our Silver Chain as an alternative for those concerned. We appreciate the feedback.

My 3rd collar. Love the quality and design. The 5cm tactical looks fantastic on my European Dobermann. Always get asked where he is from and the collar !

They actually listen to you and work out the best groom for your dog. So many groomers are happy to take your money just for a wash and dry .Really happy with how they groom our boy ,prices are on par with every one else, but service is the best in MK,RECOMENDED !*****
