I would highly recommend Regal Gentleman as they are an absolute pleasure to deal with; their customer service and detail to providing the best for their customers is second to none. Liam and Josh are both very polite and very friendly to speak with and are more than happy to go the extra mile for you.

I would absolutely recommend RG to anybody - including those NOT interested in male grooming products. RG’s insight into the male grooming world are simply, not basic, with their customers always in mind. Great service, great company & a ”genuine” business. Highly recommended.

The Regal Gentlemen Josh and Liam are top guys and only sell products that they are 100% happy with. The launch product, RG Matte Clay was developed over a long period of time with a great attention to detail to make sure the product the very best it could be. The RG blog gave updates on the various stages and the innovation into creating the optimum product.

I have ordered various products and the order always arrives with a personal message and is well packaged.

The customer service is always first class and Josh and Liam also offer great grooming advice and it’s a very personal and I feel a valued customer.

The Regal Gentleman Matte Clay product is great and I feel priveleged to have been consulted on the product and packaging. Products for the people by the people, it’s all good stuff and I’ll be definitely placing more orders soon.

This is a company who value the customer base and spend a lot of time and effort in everything they do, if only more companies put in this much attention to detail and effort.

Regal Gentleman are like no other, always honest and helpful, always pointing you in the right direction on which hair products and hair care is best for you. Wouldn’t want to go anywhere else all the time these guys are about, and they’re going to get better and better!

I used to use them to try different hair products and beard oils, I'd get a hand written letter thanking me for my order with maybe a discount or something with a bunch of sweets... You dont get that level of customer care anymore so this company is by far 5 stars. Id highly recommend them

I used to hate clays, until I tried RG's Clay. Amazing! The scent, the feel, the hold, everything is balanced. Using their product in the morning gives me the boost of confidence that I need to get through a hectic London day. They are true to their vision of helping you be the best you you can be, and I can definitely get behind that. After using the clay I feel like a gentlemen, a regal gentleman!

I am new to them. They are a well run company and one that prides itself on personal customer services.
No I am not being paid for this and have not received any incentive. I was introduced to them last week and was taken back by the way they run their business. They are worth giving a shout out to.
You will not find a company that is better run and cares about you than these guys.

A new way to do business! I've been using this company for a couple of years now and thought I should take the time to leave them a review. Their customer service is outstanding, the products are great and the delivery is super quick. They're very knowledgeable about fragrances and moisturisers which is mainly what I've bought from here. I know they do loads of beard and hair products too but that's not my bag. I've spoken to them before and they've advised me not to get a product as it might react to my sensitive skin, despite losing a sale! They're really honest and genuine guys and have lots of free helpful tips on their site to help people like me. So refreshing to have a company like this that isn't just about getting as much money out of you as they can and never bothering with the customer service side. A truly excellent company and I hope others start to follow this example.
