Ordered two items and received only one. Cannot get any response at all after multiple attempts. No longer believe the company will respond or make me whole. I am furious that they have taken my money and failed to deliver! I feel helpless and hopeless that there is anything at all I can do except warn others to always check these overseas companies track record.

HORRIBLE customer service!!!! Don’t buy anything from this shop it’s a waste of money and your time!!!! There was an issue with my Order (from before Christmas) and they kept telling me they would take care of it and fix it only to tell me now pretty much 2 month later it couldn’t be fixed. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!

The Company reconized that the product I had purchased was not Working and they would have a new sent to me. I have not received anything and they do not answer on my e-mails.
Dont to any purchasing at this Company.
Its nothing but fraud

I ordered beginning of December and didnt get product till after christmas it was damaged, requested a refund told I could only get replacement and now it is FEb. 14th and no word on replacement. Didn't know it was coming from China or the poor quality of item and it wasnt cheap! Just FYI, check reviews before ordering!

Truly don’t work with this company guys. I rarely leave reviews and generally allow companies to fix the situation. I left a review below in hopes of that expecting to take it down if fixed. Not only did they falsely reply with incorrect dates of their responses instead of fixing the situation but I NEVER received the product. It was proven to be shipped to the wrong location through their shipment third party. I received ZERO response after I proved this to them. Replied 4 times to them. Still no response weeks later. To this date I have reported this fraud. I hope this review alleviates anyone else from wasting money.

I ordered a new address door plaque it was sent to the wrong address I’ve spoken to the new owners who refused delivery as it’s no use to them and they send a picture rejecting delivery. I have written three emails to this company and no reply on advice as to when delivery is coming. Very disappointing paid 58 pounds for nothing. Keep away. Would not recommend

If I could give a zero I would!! I ordered a couple of Christmas presents in November that never arrived. I’ve contacted Regal Maison 4-5 times. I did get a response initially, and they checked my address and said they’d resend. Absolutely nothing since then despite many attempts. Please do not trust this company

I purchased home sign in December and wrote them many emails, the sign never arrived and fianlly today they game me my refund after a month and a half.

The light not working not happy. I have receive an email to say as it’s been over 3 days they can’t offer me a refund for faulty good. I had not opened the packaging and not placed on the external wall outside a week later. I am not asking for a refund. I am asking if I could send back so you can take a look. I have paid for something that’s not working. This isn’t right

My wife bought me a “phase of the moon” framed print for Christmas… it was very nice, and I wanted to buy the same for her for Valentine’s Day.

First off, don’t be confused by the French sounding name. These items are made in China. What I ordered was “in stock,” yet 15 days after ordering, it was still sitting on a runway in China. It arrived on day 27 and it is nowhere near the same quality as the one she bought. It is flimsy, almost cardboard-like. More importantly, the moon phase pictured isn’t even CLOSE to being accurate for the actual moon on the date requested. Correspondence with the Company has been spotty. We will see what they do here.

Update: what they DID was send me a replacement. The replacement item is now the right moon, but the entire item is the WRONG SIZE. Their answer is “sorry, that’s the size we offer now.” So deal with it.

They refused my request for a refund. So I now have an item I didn’t want and it has taken two months to get this. Do yourself a favor and don’t deal with these people

it's a scam. please run away ordered and paid and emailed them many times no response. don't buy i wish I saw all these reviews before i purchased.

Don't waste your money

I purchased two home signs since November and wrote them 10 emails and every time they give different excuses, one time my delivery address is wrt, other times my order wS confused with other customers and so on and so forth.

Door sign faulty and they won't respond with a refund.

Translating pens are fraud and don’t work as advertised. Company ignores emails so you have to claim your money from Pau pal or your bank.
I wouldn’t recommend.

Please be warned do not deal with this seemingly bogus company. They took my order in Nov 2024, claim they delivered it to my intended giftee Dec 26 2024, but they didn't. No notice of delivery or confirmation mind you. I have written to them several times it will be February 2025 in 3 days. Their email mssgs claim back ups in delivery, there is no Customer Service phone number and only the same "online Customer Service" text messages. I am still out of my money. I tried to purchased the framed Custom Art Moon Phase item. I have little hope of satisfaction and getting my money back. Christmas has come and gone and I want my money back. Fat chance! I plan to report them to the BBB. I am so angry at myself for not checking the many, many complaints/reviews of disappointment from previous buyers about their experience before I, too, was suckered.

I ordered a gift in November for the solar house number. It was supposed to be a Christmas gift. However it still has not arrived.
Paypal was contacted, according to the info I was forward from them it is scheduled for delivery in April.

Do not buy from this company as they are a rip off.
Sold me a plaque with just my door number for £35 when I could have got my young child to make me something that resembled this for less than a fiver.
When I emailed them to say they had missed my street name on the plaque they said it was my fault as there was no street name, despite me 100% typing it in. They have refused to send me the correct order. Total disgrace, save your money and don’t buy from this company!
