Very poor Delivery service he problem was not with yourselves…
The problem was not with yourselves Regatta the problem was with the delivery firm you use..The parcel did not arrive , after 7days I contacted yourselves and the problem was dealt with immediately in your part and my payment was promptly refunded..

Awful customer service
Last year I bought a pair of Regatta Burrell 2 walking boots for Christmas for my husband. I bought them in the November. He didn’t get them till Christmas Day 2025. By May 2025 he noticed that the sole of the left boot had started to split away from the upper. The boots had only been worn lightly to walk the dogs once or twice a week, no huge 10 mile hikes or anything like that. We contacted Regatta and complained about the boots and we were told by them that we needed to contact the retailer. They offered absolutely no help in trying to resolve the problem with their faulty goods. So we contacted Sports Direct and sent the boots back to them. They were equally unhelpful and said that an (expert) someone in the warehouse had looked at them and there was nothing wrong with them. So basically we have been left out of pocket with a shoddily made pair of Regatta boots which came apart due to no fault of my husband having only had them for 6 months and having only worn them for 5 months. I find the lack of customer care appalling and the fact that they are happy just off load faulty goods which are clearly below standard and not fit for purpose, disgusting. Neither company has shown any interest in resolving this issue. In my opinion don’t touch them. Go elsewhere.
