Very efficient had a problem with one item exchange straight away without argument

Following my delivery I had a problem with one footstool not colour matching the rest of the set. After contacting the Wickford store, I was advised to e-mail head office outlining the problem with attached photographs. The next day I was advised the item would be replaced, this happened two days later. First class customer service.

Both the sales team and the delivery team provided excellent service but the disappointing aspect of the experience was that we had been told that it was easy to assemble the table and in our case it took three people almost three hours to put it together. This involved a trip to a local hard wear shop to buy longer screws to replace those provided and ensure that the table was secure.

Very happy with the service , recieved on date I was given, delivery guys very helpful. Would recommend, garden furniture now ready for summer :)

The sales person at the Superstore branch was absolutely knowledgeable about all the products and matched our requirements to exactly what we required. The delivery of the furniture arrived on the booked date and the delivery van staff were very polite and extremely helpful. First class service from start to finish - would highly recommend to other customers.

Ordered items on April 22nd and were promised delivery on May 7th.
9 am on the due date we received a phone call saying goods with you in 15 minutes and they were! Helpful workers carried the boxes into the garden.
I would not hesitate to recommend Regata to my friends.

Bought the Kensington range in Pebble. From entering the shop to delivery to opening the boxes! Absolutely frilled to bits with our purchase! One very happy customer. Just wished we could have purchased 2 more chairs but expensive when not purchased as a set !

Good quality at a fair price, super quick delivery, products were well wrapped although two of the legs on a chair had the rattan unravelling, not a huge problem
