Quality Problems
I bought three identical wall lights, and there were two quality related problems:- one of the external nuts had a bad thread so it had to be tightened with a pair of pliers instead of hand tightening, and one of the neutral wire connections within the bulb holder was faulty so it had to be repaired (fortunately I am competent to make such a repair, otherwise it would have had to be returned). I don’t think these products are being checked properly.

Order got cancelled
Ordered an orange 3-way light fitting from their website. Really nice looking light and good price. In stock and order went through fine. Nearly two weeks later I chase up as light still hasn’t arrived. Receive a call to say order was cancelled as not in stock (no email prior to me chasing to say order had been cancelled). Still awaiting refund and have been told will be several days to process it (even though order was placed on 14th July)

Good website, well laid out, easy to navigate with plenty of info and pics on a great range of lighting products.
Good customer service, had an issue with payment not going through, but was rapidly dealt with and goods reserved for me until I had time to re order on the website. A variety of payment methods are available.
Lamps arrived in good time with fully tracked service from DHL. Well packaged with all documentation.

payment made impossible
I attempted to buy a pendant lamp online. Having entered the details the website asked me to confirm my payment method but there was no link to enable me to do so. I phoned and was told that I could not pay by card over the phone but I would be sent an invoice. When I got this there was no facility to pay by card or PayPal and one was expected to make a bank transfer to a bank in Germany. The account details on the invoice were incomplete with no sort code and my bank eventually told me that there was not enough information to make the transfer. What RegenBogen need to understand is that in England a customer expects to have straightforward methods of payment available and an overseas bank transfer is not simple. This has been a very time-consuming and frustrating experience. Never again!

Beautiful chandelier and it looks great above our dining room table. I was worried about it in transit as it is mostly glass, but it was very well packaged and arrived in perfect condition.
The delivery was fast, with easy to follow tracking status and a very nice delivery man at the end!
I would definitely order from Regen Bogen again :)
