Incorrect description of lamp shades
I’d spent ages looking for the perfect wall lights and thought I’d found them. However, they had been advertised as having white shades, but when they arrived they were a dingy brown/beige colour. I obviously contacted them about it and they said unfortunately they were unable to supply white shades “these were the only ones they came in”! They did offer me 10% off, but as the shades had a special fitting to the lamp I would not have been able to find any others, so I had to return them, which was a massive shame because the lights themselves were perfect. The company were prompt to respond, and arranged collection, but they really should describe their products correctly.
