Can't recommend this company enough. I received my order and only one bottle had been sent, it's fine, we all make mistakes. I called them and they resolved it so quickly and dispatched the second bottle. Very happy with the customer service and how it was dealt with. Perfumes smell amazing too - happy customer! I received a very badly packed perfume…
I received a very badly packed perfume with no ‘stuffing’ inside to protect. It was badly smashed and contents had soaked the box. I emailed inmediately and sent photos. I received a reply with hours and a new bottle with much better packing the following day. Impressed!

Nice just not as good
2nd purchase of the Ruby Summer and its not as strong or lasts as long as the first smaller bottle that I purchased. Although good price still.

Simply fabulous
Saw these perfumes advertised via an influencer on Instagram who said she recommended one in particular. I ordered two different ones and wow wow wow they are fabulous. I was already using similar dupes from another company but Regency knocks the others out of the park. Simply gorgeous.

Firstly the perfumes I chose are really nice and they smell lovely, I'm quite happy with the design of the bottles and for the price look dearer than they actually are! The delivery didn't take long at all, I think I waited 4 days which is excellent I will definitely buy again but there's lots to choose from so I might be a while choosing! I've bought duplicate perfume before and I've been disappointed especially with the price and poor lasting fragrance but I'm on board with you and your lovely perfumes !

Very disappointing… I ordered 4 different small scents
I ordered 4 different small scents, just to try them 1st and they don’t smell like the perfume they are copying but they do smell nice enough, however the scent lasted about an hour before I had to re apply … very disappointing so glad I didn’t buy a large bottle.
