I videoed the problem, sent it to them and rather than fobbing me off and saying it’s my problem, they worked closely with me, tested at their end and agreed there was a problem. They replaced all 4 vials of GHK-Cu, and they even provided an extra 4 vials of bac water and pen cartridges.
