Recent repair of appliance
Had an issue with my washing machine recently causing a circuit breaker to trip and removing power for all of the other kitchen appliances. As this was a little beyond my skill level, I reached out to Amir Ibrahim at Regent Property and within 2 days he'd arranged a visit from a repair person to diagnose the problem and then 2 days later had another one come out for some specialist help (turns out it's a faulty dryer water heater and a new part is currently on order).
I could not be happier with the level and quality of work provided by Amir and the other repair guys but most importantly, I am impressed with Amir's dedication to staying in touch with me and providing updates from his end. It has made me feel very looked after and aware of the progression of this repair.
I could not be more impressed with Amir. 5 stars.
Great Service from our Property Manager Amir
Amir was very attentive and responsive to our property requests. He was proactive sorting our demand ahead minimising the need for us to take any action. Great communication and customer experience.

Amir Ibrahim - Brilliant Property Manager
My CEO recently moved in to Scarlet Court.
Amir was always on hand and diligently dealt with initial teething problems, swiftly and efficiently. His positive attitude and extremely helpful manner was greatly appreciated. A definite asset to the company.
Thank you Amir.

Amir was extremely helpful…
Amir was extremely helpful in getting our blinds fixed by contacting a contractor and finding a replacement for the following week when they cancelled. Highly recommend.
The most terrible letting agent ever.
The most terrible letting agent ever.
My wife and I lived in a rental property "managed" by Regent for 2 years. Their maintenance team were worse than useless. After sending countless emails and phone calls about problems with the property there was zero action. We've now moved out of the property and have been waiting to get our deposit back for nearly two months. The person we're in contact with just simply ignores all contact.
Do whatever you can to avoid working with these people.
Awful.
Awful.
Slow to respond.
Just moved in and in order to have anything fixed it is somehow my responsibility to take a day off work for a contractor to come in irder to address ore existing problems.
Hot water has gone now twice in 6 months
Absolutely useless
Absolutely useless. I put an offer in for a flat I really liked. It has been 11 days and they still not communicated anything. The excuse last I checked was that the landlord had not said anything. Surely you can call the landlord and ask for a decision since there are three offers already.
Jade gave me her WhatsApp but would never reply and in the rare occasions that she did, none of my questions would be answered. When you call and chase they say they'll call you back but they never do. It's been such a frustrating experience and waste of time. After also reading how they never reply after you sign and have issues or give the deposit back imagine what a headache it would be to deal with them as a tenant.
money hungry ghosts
When we moved out of our flat we were landed with a huge chunk of our deposit being deducted for the most obscure things i.e. £50 to remove a small electric radiator which we had to borrow from concierge because the heat didn’t bloody work all winter, £50 for cleaning dust from around sockets amongst other crazy things. After we disputed these charges we were then landed with even more charges before they just started to ignore us and our emails. The new tenants moved in (meaning they went ahead and did ‘work’ on the flat without us actually agreeing to a sum that they would deduct from the deposit). Continued to ignore us and almost 3 months after moving out there has been no communication from them and it has resulted in my raising a dispute via the deposit protection scheme which of course they have not responded to either. They will take pictures of every single corner of your flat and will charge you for just about everything, apparently wear and tear does not exist for them. It was a good experience moving in and throughout they were relatively responsive but as soon as they responsible for holding thousands of pounds they decided to go ghost. Terrible experience and i would not recommend unless you want to deal with sneaky and convincing agents who only want to make as much money from you as possible.
Stay away their trap
Stay away their trap, very rude staffs and they would tell lie to threaten you so they could profit. you are never their cilent that's why they dont respect you at all. you get the property from them because you are "lucky" in their view.
Stay away
We had an extremely disappointing experience with Regent Letting and Property Management. After finding a property via Rightmove and submitting an offer based on a video tour, we were shocked to discover that the actual condition of the property bore no resemblance to what was represented in the video and photos provided by Regent. Upon visiting the property in person, we found it to be in an extremely poor condition, with numerous issues such as heavily marked walls, unsightly stains on carpets despite alleged professional cleaning, a showerhead in poor condition with signs of water damage, unclean curtains, and other unresolved maintenance issues. Regent's misrepresentation of the property's condition led us to sign a tenancy agreement under false pretenses. The stress and financial burden caused by this situation have been immense. Despite attempts to address these issues with Regent, they have failed to take responsibility or provide satisfactory resolutions. This experience has been deeply frustrating and has resulted in significant inconvenience and financial loss for me. We were forced to stay in and pay for temporary accommodation for more than 2 weeks and incur significant legal costs. Only following the threat of legal action in a letter sent by our lawyer, the agency agreed to release us from the tenancy agreement. Still, we were not compensated for any damages. Please stay away from Regent Letting and Property Management.
I met with Eugine & Nicole from Regent…
I met with Eugine & Nicole from Regent Property for a Pre-Completion inspection and they were both very professional and polite. I would highly recommend and look forward to working with them again in the future.
Poor service: be cautious
Regent was incredibly attentive and responsive when we were in the process of making an offer, but the moment they secured our payments, their communication practically vanished. Despite multiple attempts to reach out, we were met with unsatisfactory responses. For the price you're paying, it's certainly not worth it. Be sure to thoroughly inspect the property and insist on addressing all concerns in the contract upfront because once they have your payment, you and any issues that were present/arise will be ignored.
I have been dealing recently with…Louise Lannes
I have been dealing recently with Louise Lannes and have found her to be most polite, helpful and quick to respond to emails and messages and look forward to dealing with her in the future and have no hesitation in recommending contact with her at Regent Property.

If I could give 0 stars I would
If I could give 0 stars I would. I rented a property that was advertised as having underground parking. When I moved in it turned out the property does not have a parking space. They have basically ignored me since. They offered me £50 compensation which is the cost of 2 days parking in my area. They do not care about their mistakes.
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!
0 STARS!!!!!!!
WE REPORTED PROBLEMS IN THE APARTMENT SINCE AUGUST 2023!
Nothing happened since then. We can not use our washing machine, sink, wash disher since November!
CAN'T WAIT TO LEAVE! THEY ARE USELESS
I am dealing with mental health issues and they increased my anxiety level by 1000%
Extremely poor experience as a tenant…
Extremely poor experience as a tenant with this property agent. Several leaks in the property that we are renting were repeated months ago and have not been fixed, Leading to damage of our furniture. When it rains outside, it basically rains inside. Regent has been frustratingly slow to address this. They say « we sent an engineer » and don’t focus on actually fixing the issue. Meanwhile the landlords property is getting damaged and repairs will end up costing him more than if this were addressed promptly. Would not recommend this agent to either tenants or landlords.
