I am travelling to Brazil with a friend. He highly recommended Regent Street Clinic in Lincoln. Sasha was amazing, very helpful and informative. Definitely recommend.

I went to the Newcastle branch to get my yellow fever vaccine - the staff, Gemma and Wendy, were so friendly and welcoming! They walked me through everything I needed to know with the vaccine and double-checked to make sure I was able to safely take the vaccine. Wendy also made sure I was feeling alright after the vaccine. Overall a very easy and good experience, highly recommend!

I booked with the Newcastle clinic and had excellent service.
The online booking system was easy to use and I managed to get an appointment the next day.
The team were friendly, kind and professional, especially Gemma and Wendy.
Wendy talked me through the vaccination and made sure I was okay throughout, and the appointment was very efficient.
Would definitely recommend the Newcastle clinic!

Be careful what you ask them to do. They are nice professional people but charge you for things you didn’t know you were going to have done! I was shocked when I got to reception after having jaw fillers at the cost as I wasn’t told what they had actually done to my face. I am now 6 months on, my jaw is painful and uneven and looks worse than before I started. I went in thinking I was having 1ml of filler and came out with 6mls!! Be very careful as you may end up with an empty bank account and a painful over filled face. You’ve been warned.

I had a very friendly and efficient service, booked at ultra short notice, at the Newcastle Branch.

Went to the Newcastle clinic for an allergy injection. There was no wait, very quick and efficient. But the best part was the two incredibly friendly and welcoming members of staff.
