Southampton Clinic
I booked a last minute holiday and needed advise for travel vaccines. The staff were very friendly and informative. They scheduled in the vaccines I needed. They were always on time and fitted me in when I was early. Thank you, I will definitely use Regent Street Clinic again.

Friendly staff made you feel comfortable on arrival

I recently received my rabies vaccine here and had a really positive experience. The staff were very friendly, and both the receptionist and the nurse made me feel genuinely welcome from the moment I arrived. The waiting room was clean and comfortable, and the nurse’s room was just as nice. Overall, a smooth and reassuring visit — I’d definitely recommend this clinic.

DISGUSTED! Big business, every single thing has HUGE cost!

I was visiting from Sydney and caught a nasty chest infection on flight to England. Became ill which rapidly progressed to nasty chest infection. Went to Norwich and attended Walk in NHS Centre who prescribed antibiotics. When I was nearing the end of them and still ill I returned but about 60 people waiting...5 hour wait. So, since I needed more medication, I booked online for private GP consult.
When I arrived apparently the tiny print said I was seeing a nurse not a GP. Saw her, basic obs. and throat swab taken. Script to follow via my 'phone. When I paid it was GBP320...AUD$650 half an hour visit!!!
To obtain the 6 word "Ms. C is not fit to travel" letter was additional at GBP150 (AUD$300) 25 pounds a word. My half hour seeing the nurse here was AUD$1000!!!!
Profiteering/printing money con for those who need medical help. This would have cost me $120 total Sydney. $1000 for 1/2hour...no wonder Britain's in trouble and allows scams like this to fleece people.

Really welcoming and friendly receptionist! She answered any questions I had with full details and made me feel at ease. The vaccination process was quick and efficient, everyone was lovely!

Lovely Newcastle Clinic

The Newcastle clinic were extremely accommodating and made my travel vaccine appointment so easy. I was able to book an appointment, have advice and receive treatment within the same morning. A very efficient service and lovely staff!
